The biggest trip that was on the itinerary that was excluded was the train ride from Innsbruck to Zurich. In the vouchers, it said cancelation is possible for bad weather. The guide stated there was no planned train ride, and its for less than 25 people which at the time was correct for the number of people on the bus. The guides should look at putting a meeting point in a less busy area. For example, the guide switched at the Louvre Museum and choose to meet near a busy street intersection causing us to wait +30 mins as people werent present. Some of the buses were well equipped with ac, power and wifi. While most buses had bathrooms, they asked us not to use it as we make stops at least every 2 hrs. Some stops never happened as some days were 3-4 hrs becauses they were behind schedule. The bus from Prague to Innsbruck broke at a rest stop. The driver use zip ties to secure the door and continue to drive. While at Munich, the driver proceeded to get the bus fix without telling the guide and they couldnt speak the same language. Almost 1.5hr later the bus showed up and later that day we shared a bus with another group to Innsbruck. Show more

It's hard to rate this as there were good parts and bad parts. Overall though, for me personally, I think the bad overrode the good. This was the first tour I'd gone on and we were on a 19 day tour. That's 19 days of non-stop travel, sometimes up to 12-14 hour days, which was necessary to cover as much ground as it did, but honestly, it was exhausting. I got quite ill early on, thankfully there were two stops where we had two consecutive nights in the same hotel, so I was able to get some much needed rest by skipping the days activities in those cities. We saw some absolutely beautiful scenery and went to places I'd never have known to visit without the structure of the guided tour. But we'd often be left in cities with hours of "free time" to kill. These where nowhere near the hotels, so we couldn't choose to rest, and there was minimal guidance as to what to do to fill the time, so unless you'd extensively research each city ahead of time, or you were content with constant shopping, you were left to wander aimlessly or find somewhere to hunker down for the duration. Again, when ill, this was especially painful, because you're just counting down the hours to be taken to check into a hotel so you could collapse into bed. We had some really great hotels, and some less than great, I'd say on average they were solid 3-4 stars. But sometimes we couldn't get all the group in the one hotel, so we had additional travel time between hotels in the mornings / nights to get everyone together. The guides were some of the loveliest people you will meet, and I have nothing but praise! But as Europamundo is a Spanish based company, the guides we had all had English as a second or third language (and complete props to them, I only speak one!) but sometimes it could make it hard to understand them. Overall, I would say it was worth it for the experience I was able to share with my son, and the bragging rights I have to say I did a European tour, but for the money, time, and effort I spent on the trip, I was mostly unhappy. That's not to say the tour company was to blame! And it could simply be that this kind of holiday was just not for me or my family, but I do feel like the tours try to cram in so much quantity, they may loose some of the quality.Show more

Tour focused on quantity over quality. Don't get me wrong, there was a lot of ground covered, and we visited many places, but to do that, it was basically 21 days of 12 hour days. A lot of 'Free Time' we're you're dropped in a random city and told to entertain yourself for 2-6 hours. Hotels were usually at least 45mins-1hour away from city center. This is not a trip if you want any down time to relax. Lovely guides and the scenery through some of the country sides were amazing! Some nice hotels and some not so nice hotels.Show more

We found the guides on our tour to be excellent, in particular Julio Villar. There were a few areas that could have been improved. Firstly the locations of the accommodation in Paris. As different tour groups got together to do the city tour but the two tours were staying at hotels the other side of the city, so we wasted many hours sitting in traffic going across town to pick up the other tour group. This didn’t happen in other cities as the hotels were close together. Also it wasn’t clear in the brochure which items I needed to pay for and which items were included. Like the Palace of Versailles. The brochure says that you will take us to Versailles and then when on our way we get told we need to buy tickets. But other rockets are covered like the Eiffel Tower, so it’s just not clear. However we had a great time so thank youShow more

Overall, we really enjoyed our tour with Tour Radar. However, we signed up months in advance for our tour and received an itinerary. When we arrived at our first hotel (Novotel in Paris), after not having slept in 24 hours, we were not able to check into our room (which had no air conditioning) for eight hours. We were also treated horribly by the hotel staff. Then, although our itinerary showed our tour as beginning on the evening of our arrival, no one showed up that night from Europomundo, and no informational meeting was provided that night (as our itinerary indicated). We found out the next day that the itinerary for the tour had been changed (with no notice given to us) and that many events had been deleted. The next day, the guide informed us that we did not have time for our Louvre museum tour (for which we had purchased tickets months in advance), and she refunded our tickets without asking us. Then we stood in line for individual tickets the next day but they were sold out. We complained to the tour guide, which gave us a reputation for being “high maintenance” clients with the other guides. We were never informed that very few of the other tourists would be American (nearly all were Indian or spoke Spanish only). Also, we had six different tour guides, rode seven or eight different tour buses, and changed tour groups around eight times. It would have been helpful if we had been informed about this in advance and had received a “what to expect on your tour” packet in advance of our tour. On a positive note, Gabby was a fantastic tour guide. We highly recommend her! Angelos was pretty good too.Show more

Visa
- Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
- Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 11th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 11th, 2026, a minimum payment of $125 is required to confirm your booking with Europamundo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Europamundo will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Europamundo" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
- Your money is safe with TourRadar, as we only pay the tour operator after your tour has departed.
- TourRadar is an authorized Agent of Europamundo. Please familiarize yourself with the Europamundo payment, cancellation and refund conditions.
