- Day 1
El Calafate
You'll get picked up from the airport and taken to your hotel in El Calafate. After that, the afternoon and evening are open for you to wander around town or check out some of the optional activities available in the region. It's a good chance to get oriented and grab dinner somewhere local.

El Calafate - Perito Moreno Glacier
This is a full day trip through Los Glaciares National Park where you'll drive across the Patagonic steppe and through native forests. From Bajo de las Sombras port, you'll board a catamaran and head out on Lago Rico to see the Perito Moreno Glacier up close, watching the massive icebergs and getting a real sense of the scale of this place. You'll return to El Calafate by evening.

- Day 3
El Calafate
After breakfast, you have the day to yourself. The main option here is heading to El Chaltén, a small village nestled at the base of Mount Fitz Roy. You'll drive along Route 40 with views of Lake Argentino the whole way, stopping at a couple viewpoints for photos. The trip also includes a pass by the Viedma Glacier area before heading back to El Calafate.

El Calafate to Ushuaia
In the morning, you'll be driven to El Calafate Airport for your domestic flight down to Ushuaia. Once you land, a transfer takes you into the city center to settle in at your hotel. The rest of the day is open for exploring on your own or joining optional excursions if something interests you.

- Day 5
Ushuaia
Your hotel will pick you up for a full day exploring Ushuaia. You'll walk through the La Misión neighborhood and stop at the famous Ushuaia sign with views of the Beagle Channel in the background. From there, you'll check out historical sites and head to several viewpoints where you can see mountains, lakes, glaciers, and forests spread out below you. Late afternoon brings a wine tasting where a sommelier walks you through three regional wines paired with local cheeses.

- Day 6
Ushuaia - Tierra del Fuego National Park
You'll drive southwest on Route 3 toward Tierra del Fuego National Park and board the Austral Fueguino Railway, known locally as the End of the World Train. The train travels through Lenga forests and peat bogs, and you'll likely spot native birds along the way. You'll pass a beaver dam and the cormorant archipelago before arriving at Bahía Lapataia, where you'll walk out on the boardwalk to experience being at the southernmost point. Then it's back to Ushuaia.
