  It's nice to get to visit many cities, but not fun to change bus/change tour guide every 2nd day. Some days have 640km driving in one day with old/not comfortable seats on the bus. Some hotel (listed 4 star) nights we run into shower room water flooded issue or it took 30 mins still unable to turn on shower...etc. When traveling long distance, it's important to have comfortable bus and comfortable hotel rooms. There are also some nights we arrive hotel and no much dinner option around hotel. After long day traveling, we do not want to walk far to go find dinner. There are still some improvement needed for this tour.Show more

  I liked the ability to customize the trip, rather than be stick with a stiff schedule/route. This flexibility allowed for me to choose exactly which cities we wanted to see. My family and I were very lucky because we had the same driver and guide, Juan Carlos and Pedro, for the entirety of our trip, and they were both fantastic.Show more

  I’m really happy that we opted to take a guided tour with Europamundo. There are several best parts 1. We were taken to several pretty cool places, which we may not have visited on our own 2. The guides gave us ample information about each place we visited 3. Guides, particularly, Emanuele and Ivan were amazing - friendly, informative, accommodating and treated us very well The issue was, of course, no fault of yours, weather was pretty hot - which was expected. Since it is a vacation, we would like to take it a little easy but, most mornings we had to be in the bus by 7:30 am (after breakfast). I wish this was pushed out by an hour to 8:30 am. Also, most places we would reach past 7:30 and most shops and places were closed by then. It would have helped a little, from comfort standpoint, if we had used trains instead of buses. We could have stretched a little, possibly used catering cabins, etc. Another option to consider for future - it would really be great if you had WiFi option and phone charging options (only one of the buses we travelled had phone charging option) Overall, a pretty good experience and we would most likely do it again. Kudos to all the guides and drivers, especially, Emanuele, Ivan and Fran (not sure if his name was Fran or Frank, sorry about it) the driver. Show more

  there were so many historical sites and known stops you just read about that were added to this tour. the pace was...
  there were so many historical sites and known stops you just read about that were added to this tour. the pace was fast and there was a lot of walking ..it may be hard on an older market as there were steps and inclines but when you do it ,what you see at the end of it all was majestic, memorable and worth it. The breakfast at each hotel was fulfilling and with a wide variety. The tour guides were knowledgeable and communicated well.Show more
