    Price / Availability
    • Bhutan Acorn Tours & TravelOperatorWritten January 2026

We have several bookings in April but most of them are on different dates and different durations. It is not very common for us to receive bookings for the same tour starting on the same dates because most of our bookings come from individuals, families or a group of friends each planning a trip of varying durations and starting dates.

Therefore, it is highly likely that this trip will be just for you with great flexibility.

Even if you travel alone, we guarantee that your trip will be safe, well-organized, and conducted in accordance with all tourism and safety guidelines.

    Asked on March 7th, 2025

We are looking at doing your Bhutun tour on some selected dates on May 23rd or June 13th or 22 nd this year. We DO NOT want to travel on our own, so we would like to join a group. Could you give us any dates in those three departures where you have other bookings and if so, how many people.

    Group size
    Tour Details
    • Bhutan Acorn Tours & TravelOperatorWritten March 2025

We have bookings on the dates you mentioned but they are all private bookings and for shorter durations. It is not so common for us to receive multiple bookings for the same tour departing on the same date mainly due to limited flight options. After you book the tour, if no other travellers join for the same tour starting on the same date, we will gladly operate the tour on a private basis exclusively for you at no additional cost.

  • J

That is absolutely possible. Let me know if you want to extend the tour at the beginning or at the end of the tour. For the extension, I would like to offer you a special discounted price of US$270 per night including the US$100 per night Sustainable Development (SDF). Please check availability of the flights to and from Bhutan because that time of the year is the peak season and flights may not be available on the dates you plan to travel.
