You'll arrive in Bucharest and have the day to yourself. Walk around Victory Avenue checking out the shops and cafés, or spend time wandering through the neighborhoods to see the churches and residential areas. This gives you a chance to get your bearings before things kick off.

Bucharest to Oltenita
After a guided tour through Bucharest's tree-lined streets and a stop at Royal Palace Square, you'll travel to Oltenita to board your ship in the afternoon. Spend the evening exploring your cabin and getting comfortable on the vessel, then enjoy dinner as you sail overnight toward Rousse.

Start your Vienna day with options based on what interests you. For a more structured approach, join a guided city tour that covers the Imperial Palace, Opera House, and St. Stephen's Cathedral. If you want to add more to your day, Schönbrunn Palace is available as an optional excursion, and you can catch a Royal Waltz Concert if that appeals to you. The Prater amusement park and nearby museums are also options if you'd rather spend time that way. Later this evening, you'll board a cruise heading to Dürnstein.
