We had a Wonderful trip, from 9/8 to 9/17/2023, our guide Ben from Vancouver and bus driver John from Calgary were amazing. Ben was so informative of all the places we visited. He was funny and so was our driver and they went out of their way to make our tour exciting and Fun. The group we were with were great. We seen so many wonderful sights such as the big red bus in Glacier National Park, stayed in one of there lodges. Then went the Banff and stayed in the Fairmount which was amazing. Went on a gondola. Lake Louise was beautiful. Jaspers was great, all our hotels were Very Nice the breakfast buffets got better and better. We couldn’t have asked for better weather. I highly recommend this tour.Show more

Phenomenal!!! Was our very first bus tour. Didn’t know if we’d like not having control. Umm.. Loved it!!! Everything, all typical travel hassles.. Bam! Taken care of! Ron, or tour guide was amazing! And we just kept on going from gorgeousness to more gorgeousness!! If you’ve never done a bus tour, DO IT! You won’t regret it!Show more

Trafalgar's tour guide for this tour was changed at the last minute. Trafalgar sent a guide who they had never used before. He got one briefing on what to do. He was only given one password and could not access the information relating to the sights of the tour until we reached Calgary. He knew nothing and kept saying he wouldn't bore us with a lot of facts. He couldn't bore us with facts cos he knew nothing. So learnt nothing from him about Canada until the last two days when he was able to read it off his iPad. Initially refused to give us contact phone number (too expensive), and had one hotel that didn't have phones in room so unable to get updates from him. Guide totally disorganised and inept. I didn't travel 20,000kms to hear someone tell me they weren't going to tell us anything about what we can to see. Unbelievable - and that was just the beginning of it. I am lodging a formal complaint - not that Trafalgar seems to be worried about that - the reviews it gets seems to indicate it is its common practice to provide incompetent guides..Show more

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
