Some small service hick-ups here and there but that wasn't surprising after such a long break. Super clean ship with friendly staff. The cruise manager, Vanessa, was so cheerful and full of energy plus she really cared about passengers. I had a cabin on the third deck at the end of the ship, the noise from the engine room was so loud and the vibration was almost unbearable when the ship was moving. I would have rated the accommodation with five stars except for the noise and vibration. I will stay in a cabin near the front of the ship on my future trips.Show more

it is my first river cruise and certainly the best trip I have ever had in my life. my parents also had so much fun. on the last day of the cruise, they were planning on their next cruise with amawayerway! our cruise manager Maddy was super kind, fun and knowledgeable. Our hotel manager Adlie led her team taking good care of us, made us feel like home away from home. And our wellness coach Alex kept us moving and educating us on building healthy lifestyle. not only we enjoyed the delicious healthy food but also we didn't gain any weight:) Oh, our wonderful captain! kept us safe and on schedule.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 11th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 11th, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with AmaWaterways. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- The following cards are accepted for "AmaWaterways" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
- TourRadar can request AmaWaterways to hold spaces for you for up to 48 hours without any credit card details.
- TourRadar is an authorized Agent of AmaWaterways. Please familiarize yourself with the AmaWaterways payment, cancellation and refund conditions.
