  A great experience with Egypt Tours! We enjoyed our whole journey. Ship was good, good rooms, nice view, good service, swimming pool on the deck, events in the evenings and good buffet. But the cruise was only the main transport. The real star of this trip are the journeys to the ancient sightsseings and the guides. Every temple had an own local guide who was expert for his temple. Within our booked trip we had: - The Philae Island temple including boat trip, with the charismatic Mohamed. - The Kom Ombo temple with the intellectual and nice Esam. - The Edfu temple including horse carriage ride with the smart Mr Shazly. - The Karnak temple, Luxor temple and the Valley of the Kings with the renowned and competent Mr Hassan who also was our main contact person within the whole journey. We additionally booked with Egypt tour: - A very adventurous ride to Abu Simbel with car transport of 3 hours in each direction. It was very long journey but seeing the huge and epic monument was worth it. - A car transport from Luxor to Hurghada to our hotel room, after finishing the Nile Cruise. Our driver was the very friendly and funny Eltayeb, who fluently speaks German and drove very careful, which made the 3,5 hour trip very pleasant. The guides and drivers contacted us one day before our trips via Whats App. So Internet connection will be definetely needed. Everything was organized and was delivered as agreed. Everyone was very friendly. Everything worked as agreed. We can recommend fully this trip and company. Besides of the Nile Cruise you will have a intense experience about the Egyptian culture also as much knowledge and sightseeings about the ancient Egyptian life and religion.Show more

  The boat was not the luxury we expected! The cabins were very old and tired. The food was all buffet and not particularly good, sadly by the second day I had a severe upset stomach. The itinerary changed and we were expected to go on a tour at 4.45am one morning instead of the 7-8am original timings we were given! On a positive note the staff were very nice and a lot of fun. The evening entertainment particularly the Nubian dancing was great.Show more
