We have traveled extensively and this was our 4th tour with Expat. Dimos was on top of every detail, always accessible, and his primary goal was to ensure that everyone on the trip was having the trip of a lifetime. He went above and beyond in every moment to make sure everyone was well taken care of. There were a few excursions that my husband did not participate in and when I got back to the hotel. my husband told me that Dimos had texted him from the excursion tour and checked on him at the hotel to make sure all was well with him. He truly cares about all the travelers that are in his care and takes a personal responsibility to ensure that everyone is having the best trip ever. It is a great option to see many places in a short period of time with a reasonable budget. Our guide Dimos was the best. He made sure everyone was attended to, arranged extra activities, had connections to get us priority treatment, and genuinely cared. The one area for improvement is the hotel selection. He was extremely knowledgeable and able to explain so much of the history and culture, that we may have missed otherwise. We were able to see so much of Greece that we probably never would have been able to do on our own. Dimos is extremely friendly and upbeat. He always made sure that the entire group was included and “left no man behind”. A lot of Greece takes a lot of effort to see with all of the walking and steps involved, and he made sure we were all able to get there together. I would highly recommend Dimos for any travels group.
