  Do the age ranges listed on these tours mean that if you are older you cannot go?

    For this particular tour, Paris to Barcelona: Tapas & Train Rides, the age requirement is 18–39 years old. As this is one of our 18-to-Thirtysomethings tours, travellers must be within this age range to participate.
    
    If you are over 39 and looking for a similar experience, we would be happy to recommend one of our Classic tours, which do not have an upper age limit. Some options include:
    
    - France to Spain: A Cultural Crossing: an 8-day journey from Paris to Barcelona with an age requirement of 12+ (travellers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult).
    
    - Essential France, Spain & Portugal: a 17-day Classic tour exploring France, Spain, and Portugal, also with an age requirement of 12+ (travellers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult).
    
    Please let us know if you would like recommendations based on your preferred travel dates, budget, or interests, and we would be happy to assist further.

  I would like to join one of your tours. I already have a valid visa. However, I do not have an international bank account or access to international credit/debit cards, so I am unable to make payments directly by card. Is it possible to complete the payment through a money exchange service (sarrafi) or a third-party bank transfer, even if the payment is made from an exchange account but registered under my name as the participant? Please let me know if there are any alternative payment methods available for customers in my situation.

    We understand you are asking about how payment can be made for your tour. As TourRadar is an online marketplace, payments cannot be made in cash on the tour. All payments need to be completed securely via our online payment portal at the time of booking. You can access and manage your payments directly through your TourRadar account under your booking details. This ensures your payment is safely processed and properly registered with your tour operator.

    Since I do not have access to an international bank account or credit card in Iran, I would like to ask if it is possible to make the payment through a money exchange service (exchange office/sarrafi). The payment would be made from the exchange office's account, but the booking and tour participation would be under my name. Could you please let me know if this type of payment is acceptable?

    We understand how disappointing and frustrating this information must be, especially if you were hoping to use an exchange office to complete your payment. As TourRadar is a marketplace, we must follow each operator's own booking and sanctions compliance rules, and in this case, G Adventures has confirmed that they are not able to provide travel services to nationals from certain sanctioned countries/regions, including Iran. This means that, even if a payment is made via a third-party money exchange service (sarrafi/exchange office) or from a different account, G Adventures would still not be able to confirm a booking for an Iranian national. All bookings must comply with both their sanctions obligations and traveller eligibility checks, regardless of the payment method. For reference, the standard payment options that are usually available with many operators on TourRadar include: Major international credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), International bank transfer, Other regionally supported online payment methods, where applicable. However, all of these remain subject to the operator's sanctions compliance.

    These tours are designed for travellers aged 18-39 years old wishing to form interpersonal connections with travellers around their age, while visiting a new destination. Travellers must be 39 years old or younger (but at least 18 years old) as of Day 1 of the departure date of the tour. We do often have travellers outside of this age range who are interested in these trips; however, we have to hold true to our promise on delivering the interpersonal experience we wish to offer with this product.

  i need a visa as a Ugandan who wants to join this adventure. I would like to know if there is any kind of document you can provide me to support my visa application. And i would also like to know how i will manage the payment process as some one who is not sure how long my visa process might take.

    It does look like you will require a visa for the countries that get visited. We would suggest finding out from your embassy what is going to be required for your Visa application. Also to find out how long the process is prior to making any travel plans.

    the visa process will take between 10 to 90 days depending on my date of travel. May you please send me an itinerary for the tour with my names, contact and my travel date which is June 1st so i can use it for my visa application together with other required documents
