Dear Jennifer, Thank you for taking the time to post a review about your cruise with A-ROSA. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your time on the Danube. Our goal is always to exceed your expectations! Nevertheless, we are sorry that the current extremely low water levels on parts of the Danube, caused by the lack of rainfall and high run-off of existing water, do not allow our ships to follow the planned itinerary. Your safety and the well-being of all guests and our crew have absolute priority for A-ROSA, Although this is unfortunately an uninfluenceable and unavoidable change, we greatly appreciate your understanding. If there's anything we can help you with during your next stay on board, please don't hesitate to let us know. All the Best for you and your family. TEAM A-ROSA
