Bordeaux to Cussac-Fort-Medoc
You'll board the MS Cyrano de Bergerac at 6 p.m. in Bordeaux and get settled into your cabin. The crew hosts a welcome cocktail where you can meet other passengers, and there's entertainment onboard to kick off the evening.

- Day 2
Cussac-Fort-Medoc to Royan
This morning you're heading out on an included excursion through the Médoc wine region, where you'll visit several vineyards and do some wine tasting. Back on the ship by afternoon, you'll cruise the Gironde Estuary while learning about its history. You'll pass by scenic cliffs and fishing villages before arriving in Royan. Later there's oyster tasting and traditional entertainment onboard.

Royan to Libourne
Start with a guided walking tour of Royan to see its early-to-mid 20th-century architecture, villas, and the harbor. After returning to the ship for lunch, you're heading to Cognac for an afternoon excursion. There you'll walk cobblestone streets, visit the historic château, check out the Musée des Arts du Cognac, and do some brandy tasting. The ship then cruises to Libourne in the evening, followed by a festive gala dinner.

Libourne to Bordeaux
Your morning takes you to the medieval city of Saint-Émilion, where you'll see golden stone buildings and narrow streets surrounded by vineyards. You'll visit a wine cellar for local wine tasting. In the afternoon the ship cruises toward Bordeaux, passing the village of Bourg and where the rivers meet. That evening there's a guided tour of Bordeaux's illuminated sites, including the famous reflecting pool and the historic Palais de la Bourse.
