This was my fourth one week airport to airport safari in Africa. Everyting worked well and the experience was good. The trip was booked through World Adventures Tours and handeled locally by Chameleon Safaris Namibia. Guide, driver and fix everything Justus made the week comfortable and enjoyable. Apart from the first night in Windhoek the group stayed in the same hotel/lodge on all locations. This assured that no time was lost waiting and coordinating several times every day and it put the group closer together. All lodging was of good standard with fridge in the room and all meals were good. The roads were good too. Not included: 2 diners which was clear from the program, water/drinks for diners and throughout the transport sections, exstra excursions in Swakopmund. For the rest there were no surprise charges/fees or pushing of any extras. Highlights: Etosha: rhino crossing the road right in front of the open 4x4, giraffe crossing the road right in front of the open 4x4, giraffe splitting the legs to drink at a waterhole, A lioness walking to the waterhole and all the other animals waiting at a distance. From the tower at the lodge seeing a large group of elephants coming out of the forest by sunset, then walking down to the waterhole counting and seeing the 37 wild elephants close up. Swakopmund - a seal jumping onto the boat giving us ample time to take photos and dolphins around the boat. This was on a not included excursion that was N$1200 ekstra. Sossusvlei: walking to the top of the highest dune in the region and down a nearly 300 meter high and steep sand slope to a dried out lake. All in all excellent and highly recommended.Show more

Our 12‑day Namibia Classic Camping Safari with World Adventure Tours was an incredible blend of breathtaking landscapes and easygoing companionship. We journeyed from the wildlife-rich north through Mt. Etjo, Okonjati Reserve, and the magical nighttime wildlife watching at Etosha’s Okaukuejo waterhole, down to the dramatic Skeleton Coast, dunes of Sossusvlei, haunting Kolmanskop, and finally to the vast expanse of Fish River Canyon and the quiver tree forest. We experienced so much of this beautiful, diverse country. What made the trip truly special were the people. Erastus guided us with quiet confidence and personal insights. He made sure we kept to our schedule while also giving us opportunities for spontaneous moments and unforgettable photo opportunities. And Bronie, our assistant and chef, kept us grounded and content with delicious meals and great humor. Plus, our fellow travelers—laughing over the bumpy roads of the game drives, helping each other put up our tents, singing by the campfire, watching the meteorite shower together on a dark night at our campsite—turned the journey into a shared adventure rather than just a tour. Payment information
- For any tour departing before December 9th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after December 9th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with World Adventure Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
