  1. Day 1

    Amsterdam

    You'll arrive in Amsterdam and transfer directly to your river ship. The city's known for its canal system and laid-back vibe, so you'll get a feel for that as you settle in. Later this evening, the Cruise Director welcomes everyone with a reception to meet your fellow travelers.

  2. Day 2

    Amsterdam to Utrecht

    Start the day on a glass-top boat cruising Amsterdam's waterways with a local guide showing you around. After that, you'll have free time to wander on your own. Then you'll drive to Utrecht to rejoin the ship for tonight's special Gala Welcome Dinner.

    Cologne to Brühl

    As you cruise into Cologne, you'll learn about the famous Kölner Dom cathedral. After docking, head to Augustusburg Palace in Brühl, a rococo World Heritage site worth exploring. The afternoon is yours to check out Cologne's center at your own pace.

    This morning brings you through the Rhine Gorge, considered the most beautiful stretch of the Rhine. You'll dock in Rüdesheim where a mini road train takes you through town to Siegfried's Mechanical Musical Instrument Museum, home to one of Germany's best collections of automated instruments.

    You're exploring Miltenberg today, a well-preserved town with half-timbered buildings from the 15th to 18th centuries. There's a culinary walking tour where you'll sample regional food at a local butcher and baker, then finish with a tasting at a local distillery.

    After boarding a coach, you'll travel through rolling hills toward Würzburg to see the baroque palace and walk through the Court Garden. This afternoon, there's an optional trip to medieval Rothenburg, a fairytale town on the Romantic Road if you want to add that to your day.

    Over breakfast, you'll arrive in Passau, where the Ilz and Inn rivers meet the Danube. You can choose an optional tour to Český Krumlov in the Czech Republic, a trip to Salzburg with Sound of Music locations, or stay on board for a relaxing sailing day to Linz.

    Prague

    Your Prague exploration starts with a tour of the Old Town, a World Heritage site. You'll cross the Vltava River to Prague Castle, believed to date back to the 9th century and the world's largest castle complex. After that, you're crossing Charles Bridge and arriving at Old Market Square to see the Astronomical Clock. Then explore at your own pace, or optionally join a traditional Czech folklore dinner and show this evening.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 120 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
