Tess is a truly unbelievable leader. She is so patient, kind, understanding, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She accommodated for everyone’s interests and needs and made us feel so excited about the activities we got up to. I didn’t imagine I’d feel comfortable seeing a Peep show or reading porn with people I had only known for a few day, but Tess made that all possible. Tess made us feel as though we’ve known each other for years and I’m hoping to change travels plans just so that I can travel with Tess again. I think Tess is an utterly amazing person, who was unbelievably organised and expertly navigated the changes to our travel plans when the Eurostar to Berlin was cancelled. I toured with Tess on a Europe by rail trip from London to Prague. It was truly an amazing experience. The organization was great she updated us everyday on the plans, gave us intros for every country, made sure we were never late, and no one was left behind. Tess followed the itinerary to see that we experienced every landmark and activity that was promised. She was adaptive whenever obstacles occurred and consulted with the group to let us know if anything changed to make sure we were okay with them. Her kindness and energy is unmatched. Tess definitely kept all our spirits up and made every moment a cherished memory. Tess wasn’t just a tour guide she became a friend and someone we can all count on.
