- Day 1
Entebbe to Kampala
Your guide from Oree Safaris will be waiting when you land at Entebbe International Airport. The drive to Kampala takes a few hours, and you'll check into your hotel once you arrive. Depending on how much daylight you have left, there's time for a quick city tour to get your bearings around Kampala before settling in for the night.

- Day 2
Kampala to Murchison Falls National Park
After breakfast at your hotel, you'll head out early for the drive to Murchison Falls National Park. Along the way, you'll stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary in Nyakitoma for lunch and go on a guided rhino tracking experience with a ranger to see these incredible animals up close. Once you reach the park, you'll hike up to the top of Murchison Falls to see the water plunge down the gorge, then settle in at your lodge for dinner.

- Day 3
Murchison Falls National Park
Starting early with coffee and snacks, you'll spend about 4 hours on a guided game drive searching for Uganda kobs, elephants, lions, buffalo, zebras, Rothschild's giraffes, topis, and elands. Back at the lodge by midday for lunch and a break. Later in the afternoon, you'll head to Paraa dock for a boat ride on the Nile to spot hippos, crocodiles, birds, elephants, and buffaloes. Cultural dancers sometimes perform around the campfire before dinner.

Murchison Falls to Fort Portal
You'll eat a hearty breakfast, check out, and travel toward the Kibale Forest area. There's a lunch stop in Hoima town to break up the journey. After that, you'll continue to Fort Portal for a quick city tour and then visit the Ndali-Kasenda Crater lakes for some sightseeing. The day ends at your lodge with dinner and an overnight stay.

- Day 5
Fort Portal to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Breakfast happens early at 06:45, then you'll head to Kanyanchu visitor center to meet your park ranger for a briefing before entering the forest. You'll spend about an hour tracking chimpanzees and watching their social behavior, plus you might spot black and white colobus monkeys, red colobus monkeys, and various birds. After returning for lunch, you'll transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, arriving in the early evening to relax and catch the sunset.

- Day 6
Queen Elizabeth National Park
Early coffee and snacks before a 4-hour guided game drive through Kasenyi savannah plains where you'll look for lions, elephants, kobs, oribis, giraffes, buffaloes, and other wildlife. You'll return to the lodge for breakfast, relaxation, and lunch. Around 2:00 p.m., you'll take a boat ride on the Kazinga Channel to see hippos, crocodiles, birds, buffaloes, and elephants along the banks. After returning to the lodge, you'll have supper and overnight rest.

Queen Elizabeth National Park to Bwindi
Following breakfast, you'll drive south and exit Queen Elizabeth National Park, stopping at Ishasha sector to see tree-climbing lions resting on fig trees. You'll have time to observe and photograph these remarkable animals before continuing toward Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Lunch happens in Kihihi town, then you'll finish the drive and arrive at your Bwindi lodge in the early evening for dinner and rest.

- Day 8
Bwindi Mountain Gorilla Trekking
You need to be at park headquarters by 7:30 a.m. for your briefing and gorilla permit verification. A group of up to 8 trackers will guide you into the impenetrable forest under a park ranger's supervision. The trek can take anywhere from 1 to 5 hours depending on where the gorilla family is that day. Once you find them, you'll spend about an hour watching the silverback and the family together. Your driver will take you back to the lodge for lunch, then you'll check out and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi.

Lake Bunyonyi to Lake Mburo
You'll wake up to views of Lake Bunyonyi's 29 islands and have breakfast overlooking the water. A boat cruise takes you to Punishment Island to learn its history, then to Governor's Island where you might see zebras and visit the old church before climbing up to the Batwa community. After an early lunch, you'll drive to Lake Mburo via Mbarara, stopping at Igongo Cultural Center for lunch. You'll spot impalas along the way and check into your lodge for dinner.

Lake Mburo to Kampala/Entebbe
After breakfast, you'll take a 3-hour guided nature walk on foot through Lake Mburo National Park with a ranger. You'll get close views of impalas, zebras, topis, elands, buffaloes, giraffes, and bird species like crested guinea fowls and woodpeckers. Back at the lodge for lunch, then you'll transfer to Kampala. On the way, you can stop at the Equator monument for photos, and later you'll either head to your hotel or do some shopping before heading to Entebbe airport.
