Is this tour suitable for a 9 year old child? Is there a reduced rate for children?

Minimum age for our Namibia & Cape Discovery tour is 16 years old. We can not assist you with this tour if you are travelling with children under the age of 16yrs. We can offer our Safari in South Africa tour or Falls, Kruger & Cape Town tour.

Would it be possible to do this as a single person?

You can definitely go on this tour as a solo traveller. Normally, you would share a tent with another traveller of the same sex. However, if there happens to be an uneven number of travellers, you might get lucky and have your own tent. The trip is really great fun, and solo travellers often enjoy it a lot — it's usually a good mix of people, so it's easy to meet others.

I am interested in the tour from WDH to CPT on 20 NOV. I am travelling alone. What would be the single supplement? Is it possible to sleep alone in tents when a SGL supplemnent is paid?

On this tour we do not have an option for a single tent, you will be sharing with another traveller. However I do have some comfort camping tours that I can suggest where you can have your own tent.

Is there a discount for an 11-year-old? How would sleeping arrangements work in a 2-persons tent?

Unfortunately, we have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old for this tour. No minors are allowed. We have two alternative tours for children aged 10 and above.

I'm interested in the Namibia cape tour for me and my two teens who are 13 and 15. They are well travelled. I did a similar trip before kids and wanted to share that experience with them. Could you let me know the availability and also how much it would be for the three of us sharing accommodations?

The tour that you are looking at is a camping tour and so the minimum age is 18. We cannot make any exceptions to this as some of the campsites themselves have a minimum age of 18, however if your dates are flexible we do have an amazing lodging tour with our Table Mountain to Vic Falls tour that can follow a similar route but goes for 20 days in really unique and authentic lodges. This tour has a minimum age of 10 and would be suited well for the kids, however the cost is higher at $5160 per person and our next available departure is in September.

What would be the price for him and will he be able to sleep in our tent or we'll have to have 2 tents between 3 of us?

This tour has an age limit of 18 and over. Tents sleep a max of 2 people so families would get two tents and do not need to pay a single supp if it's a family of 3.
