Simple accommodations are the accommodations at each camp site. Typically this is a permanent tent or simple lodge, cabin, chalet, or room. There is a bed, usually a table or sorts, and space for your luggage. Sometimes you will have a fridge as well as tea and coffee-making facilities, and a vast majority of the time you will have your own private ensuite.

With a great, fellow bunch of Aussies we enjoyed a fabulous tour from Zimbabwe (Victoria Falls) via Botswana to finish at Pretoria, South Africa. Our driver/guide Aaron kept us on track to meet our tour commitments. He was approachable and nothing was too much work. The tour itself flew past quickly and the stops were interesting and well spaced. The second last day was quite long but with a break at the Khama Rhino Sanctuary, it passed quickly. The truck was comfortable and met our needs. Overall I would highly recommend this tour to experience the different types of safari styles.Show more
