Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to arrange a pick-up in Dar es Salaam, as all our tours start from Moshi or Arusha. We kindly advise you to arrange your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) instead. This will allow us to organize a smooth airport pick-up and transfer to your hotel in Arusha or Moshi and then begin the tour the following day without any complications.

is the June a good time to see the migration? and the losge offers the private bathroom with shower?

Yes, June is a very good time to see the Great Migration in the Serengeti. During this period, the herds are usually in the central and western Serengeti, moving north, and wildlife viewing is excellent. Regarding accommodation, the lodge offers a private ensuite bathroom with a shower for your comfort.

Can we decide later on extra activities or do they need to be purchased during booking?

You do not need to decide on or purchase the extra activities at the time of booking. You are welcome to confirm and book the main trip first, and then decide on any optional activities later. These can be added closer to the travel date or even during the trip, depending on availability.

Would you run this tour if I were going by myself? I would rather join other people but not sure if you have other people on the same day (or a +1/2 days later). Would one guide stay with me the whole time?

We can absolutely operate the tour even if you will be traveling on your own. You will be assigned a dedicated, professional guide who will stay with you throughout the entire tour to ensure your safety, comfort, and a smooth experience. We will also check if there are other travellers scheduled around 14 March 2026 (±1–2 days) who might be able to join the same departure.

How much is your single supplement? Is it possible to join a small group? Is late Sept or early Oct too late to see any of the Great Migration?

Single Supplement: I'll create a quote. Joining a Small Group: Yes, it is absolutely possible to join a small group. We can match you with a group traveling during your preferred dates. Best Time for the Great Migration: Late September to early October is still a great time to witness the Great Migration, especially in the Northern Serengeti, where the wildebeest are often crossing the Mara River or grazing nearby before moving southward.

I have interest in a safari trip to Tanzania. I read that this is a trip without flights included. Can you tell me how much extra for the trip and if there are any other costs to consider? Can the flight also be booked with you or should we do this ourselves? Is this a group trip? Do you also have individual trips? Are these much more expensive? We are not absolutely tied to a specific period. What is the best period to make this trip? May still be in 2025 if possible, but spring 2026 is also fine.

International flights are not included in the price. There are no other costs to consider except optional extra activities like Hot air Balloon. You should book flights yourselves. This is a Private Trip and it's very budgeted. There is no specific period for this trip, you can book at any time, this year or 2026 it's just a matter of your choice.

Will we go through Manyara national forest on the way to Ngorongor crater? Is it possible to add Zanzibar say two nights to this your?

Kindly Note that You will just Go through Serengeti National Park on the Way to Ngorongoro Crater. Yes its passible, we will update the quote with the additions of the Two Nights in Zanzibar.

We are very interested in this tour but wondering how much time is spent travelling to destinations and how much time is actually spent on safari within the parks. We have been advised that early morning and evenings are the best time to see the animals but how does this work if you are not leaving accommodation until after breakfast and then driving to the park. Also, on the full day in the Serengetti are there safaris included or do you have to pay an additional fee. If so do you have an indication of the cost. Essentially how much time is actually spent on safaris and how much time is spent on getting to each destination.

The First Day You will be in Arusha at Gold Crest Hotel, and the Distance From the Hotel to Tarangire National Park, it's around 2 Hours. From Highview Hotel in Karatu, to Serengeti Distance it's around 4 Hours. From Serengeti to Ngorongoro, 3 Hours. Yes your very right, but kindly note in Serengeti National Park we will just accommodate you in our Hotel located inside of the Park. Full day in Serengeti is included From the Price, you don't need to pay any additional Fee please.

  Yes, June is a very good time to see the Great Migration in the Serengeti. During this period, the herds are usually in the central and western Serengeti, moving north, and wildlife viewing is excellent.

  Yes, you should plan to arrive on June 27th, which will be Day 1 of your trip, and book your return flight on the last day of the itinerary.
  
  Yes, we will arrange a pickup from Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) upon your arrival. Our driver will be waiting for you at the airport and will transfer you to your hotel or safari starting point.
  
  If you are traveling directly from the United States to Tanzania, a Yellow Fever vaccination is not required. However, if your itinerary includes a transit or stopover (12 hours or more) in a Yellow Fever–risk country, then the vaccination certificate would be required.

  Do you have any recommendations on which is better regarding animal sightings, insects and temperature between September and October? Also, if it's just me and my fiancé going, would the trip still happen if no one else joins?

  Regarding September vs. October, both months are excellent for safari. September is one of the best months for wildlife sightings, especially in Serengeti. Dry season means animals gather around water sources. It has fewer insects and comfortable temperatures (warm during the day, cooler mornings/evenings). October is still very good wildlife viewing with slightly warmer temperatures compared to September, very low rainfall, and a few more insects than September, but generally not an issue. Overall, September is slightly better for wildlife concentration and comfort, while October is also a great option if September dates don't work for you. Regarding your second question: yes, the trip will still take place even if it's just the two of you. If no other guests join, we can operate the safari as a private tour for you, ensuring a personalized and exclusive experience.

I have interest in a safari trip to Tanzania. I read that this is a trip without flights included. Can you tell me how much extra for the trip and if there are any other costs to consider? Can the flight also be booked with you or should we do this ourselves? Is this a group trip? Do you also have individual trips? Are these much more expensive? We are not absolutely tied to a specific period. What is the best period to make this trip? May still be in 2025 if possible, but spring 2026 is also fine.

We are very interested in this tour but wondering how much time is spent travelling to destinations and how much time is actually spent on safari within the parks. We have been advised that early morning and evenings are the best time to see the animals but how does this work if you are not leaving accommodation until after breakfast and then driving to the park. Also, on the full day in the Serengetti are there safaris included or do you have to pay an additional fee. If so do you have an indication of the cost. Essentially how much time is actually spent on safaris and how much time is spent on getting to each destination.
