My guide, Frunzi, was incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive—always adjusting the pace to suit me and making sure I was safe and well every step of the way. Together with Bala, our strong and cheerful porter, they helped me reach the base camp successfully and with confidence. The agency provided the best possible accommodations in the mountains, with great vegetarian meal options throughout the trek. Ram, the agency owner, stayed in constant contact and generously offered high-quality gear (sleeping bag, poles, and down jacket) free of charge.
