- AAnonymous· May 1st, 2023A transcendence event throughout the hike to peak of Mount kilimanjaro. Beautiful scenery and whether. We used the 9 days machame route with a team of first class tour guide from Click Expedition who were pro accurate, considerate in various situations which made our hike to be more of an excitement At first the camping and the hike was a bit challenging which made our trip to be more adventurous, we couldn't wait to make it to the summit 5895M. The food was plentiful enough regardless we were on the mountain, everything was stunning when it comes to the food. The rest of the crew made the marvelous job despite the dirt from the Mountain, our bag's, mattress and the sleeping bags were always clean, salute to the porters. Trip date: January 2023 - AAnonymous· April 28th, 2023We all made it to the roof of Africa and we were three in total thanks for the support and leadership from Click Expedition company. Before our booking all of our questions were answered in a timely manner, they sent us a clear statements concerning all the necessary payments, extra tips, and all the exact packaging list. We were picked up at the airport and dropped to the hotel which really provided quality services with extreme hospitality. Before our hiking the next morning we were cross checked with our guides to ensure we have what we would be using in the mountain. We used machame route our guides. Emanuel and Johnson was knowledgeable enough and experienced with the mountain. The head guide.Emanuel was so adventurous and smart enough to even feel safe to do the hiking with them. Each morning and evening we were checked concerning our healthy status something that really revealed us that they cared so much about our safety. The tents were well made and comfortable enough, even the mattresses they provided us felt so luxurious to be used in the mountain. The foods were plenty and delicious it really made us feel so healthy on the mountain. Even the fruits were so fresh they really tasted superb. The porters and all team in general were so strong mentally, physically, emotionally and were so committed in making sure that we had a good time in our adventure. It was an experience of a lifetime and we were all happy since the team helped us and contributed alot in making it up to the roof of Africa. Everything worked very well from the beginning, the guides are super proffessional I am pleased to say our expectations were not only met but exceeded. Each stage was briefed fantastically from the office to the mountain, to say the least we were kept up to date. Amazing service throughout the whole trip, guides and porters worked extremely hard to make sure we got to the top. Booking was a breeze, all of the details were taken care of upon our arrival, and Bryan went above and beyond to take care of every request we had (including picking us up for the airport at 3am and organizing a safari and coffee tour in less than an hour). I even got 2 birthday cakes for my birthday celebration ;) The crew that took us took us to the top were warm, friendly and a joy to be around! It was clear from observing other groups on the mountain that we had a unique experience. The guides were experienced and trustworthy but also incredibly fun - so much laughter! I initially was annoyed that we had to hire guides and porters as I normally do mountains solo, but Click Expedition enhanced our experience so much through stories, laughter, dancing, singing, learning, and incredible support when climbing.
