    So if the tour starts on FEB 5th, Do I need to be there the day before and get picked up and hotel is provided? as well when tour ends on 13th of FEB is there a hotel there to say in the 13th and I fly home on the 14th all with airport transfers etc.. Let me know looking to book for family.

      Day 1 is the arrival day, and there are no scheduled activities. You'll check into your hotel, have time to unwind, and then attend a pre-trip briefing and equipment check. Day 2 is when the trip really begins — after breakfast, you'll start the scheduled activities. The final day (Day 9) is the departure day. Please note there is no accommodation included for that night. After you wake up, you'll take part in the final activities, and later you'll be transferred to the airport. If you'd like to arrive one day earlier or stay an extra night after the tour, just let me know and we can request the additional pricing and help arrange that for you.

      Yes, if the trek starts on Thursday, 5th February 2026, we recommend that you arrive one day earlier on 4th February. On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our team will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel, and the hotel accommodation for that night is fully provided. Before the climb - 4th February: Airport pick-up from Kilimanjaro International Airport, Transfer to hotel in Moshi, Hotel accommodation included (bed & breakfast), Pre-climb briefing and gear check. Climb period - 5th – 11th February: Machame Route – 7 days / 6 nights on the mountain. After the climb - 11th February: Descend and transfer back to hotel in Moshi, Overnight hotel accommodation included. 12th February: Additional hotel accommodation. Departure - 13th February: Airport transfer from hotel to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight home. All airport transfers, hotel accommodations (before and after the climb), mountain park fees, guides, porters, meals on the mountain, and rescue fees are fully included in the package.

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
