Are airport transfers included?

Airport transfers on the day of embarkation and disembarkation are included only if you are within Uniworld's transfer guidelines. Airport transfers are included if your flight arrives between 6 AM - 4 PM on the day of embarkation and if your flight departs between 6 AM – 4 PM on the last day of the cruise.

How can I purchase optional excursions?

Optional excursions can be purchased once onboard the ship with the cruise manager. Please note that these excursions cannot be reserved before the cruise departure.

Is travel insurance mandatory?

Travel Insurance is not mandatory for the cruise. However, it is highly suggested to take insurance to cover you for the duration of the trip as it provides a safety net for unforeseen circumstances.

How many meals are included in the price?

All meals onboard the ship are included. This includes 7 breakfasts, 6 lunches and 7 dinners.

Will we still be able to be transferred from the airport to the ship if our flight arrives at 6.30pm?

Uniworld's transfer guideline is as follows: Arrival: 6 AM–4 PM. As you are outside the transfer hours, the operator will not be able to arrange this complimentary group transfer. You will need to arrange your transfer on your own from the airport to the ship.

Traveling with 2 elderly family members. Not in wheel chairs, but need help getting to places. Is there much walking needed?

The itinerary is relaxed such that it will give everyone a chance to take in the sights and sounds that Venice has to offer. Having said that there is a fair bit of walking that it will entail. Only to get to places. But should the elderly family members not want to do the day excursion, they do not have to do, they can continue to remain onboard and enjoy from the deck.

How would I arrange travel insurance?

TourRadar does not sell travel insurance ourselves, but we do have a couple of insurance providers that we've partnered with. If you're located in a region that can be insured by our insurance partner Cover Genius, you'll be able to obtain a quote for insurance from the Book Now page. If you're from a region not covered by Cover Genius, we recommend World Nomads as one of the many travel insurance companies you can use. As well, your credit card company and/or employment insurance policy may already include travel insurance, so definitely check with them, as you may already be covered!

Why does the front of your display say the price is 2299 but then when you click on a date it is a thousand more than that ? Is the first just a false come-on? Can I trust you?

While enjoying another tour in Venice, one of your tour guides thought it was appropriate to berate our tour guide in front of everyone completely embarrassing him with an attempt to ruin our experience. This is appealing behaviour of your staff in thinking your clientele is more important than the rest of us trying to enjoy Venice as well. Our tour guide was doing nothing wrong and yours was completely out of line. Absolutely disgusting and example set on how your staff must be trained to deal with tourist crowds.Show more
