The plan was perfect for each city that we visited on the list. The hotels were very good and the package offered the right attractions at each city . What could be improved is adding an extra day at Rome
Milan, Venice, Florence, Rome: essential (3* hotels) low carbon tour by trainThe tour was good, but a bit to long. Sould have liked to have all the tours on the same day. Improvement suggestion: on one of the tours I had to call to hear who the tour provider was because the welcome letter did not specify it. The only tour guide at that time did not want to include me because his tour provider name was not written anywhere. Maybe clearer instructions will be nice of you are using other people for the tours.
Discovering VeniceThis was a great way to start our first trip to Europe! The tours were great, tour guides were wonderful! It was easy and I love how we could mostly go at our own pace every day which gave us some free time on our own! I would double check the hotel before booking and recommend that they use a different hotel in the future. Our hotel Ca’ Dei Conti was very outdated, uncomfortable & unfortunately during a Europe heatwave had no electricity, water or AC the day of our arrival. Luckily, We were able to make other accommodations. Tour radar was more than helpful, the customer service was excellent! I’d say just for the customer service alone this was an A+ Trip! They went above & beyond to accommodate us. We traveled with two kids, one teenager and one 10 year-old and they both loved everything as well!
