Excellent service from all of the Croisi crew. First class food. Very relaxing. Would definitely cruise with CroisiEurope again and would book with Tour Radar.

Was lovely however the tours were not in English so we did our own thing. The staff were very accommodating and did their best to make us feel welcome

Hi, Venice is beautiful. I had an issue when I was left on my own to locate the places we visited. Emanuela was helpful and professional, but she couldn't help me with this issue. Not her fault.

The hotel was great, friendly service, yummy food and lots of it. The walks were great, the app worked well. Unfortunately, being a bit early in the season meant some of the walks were not available, we didn’t find out until trying to get to the start. The hotel thought they were open also. A couple of other walks would then give other options. Overall I really enjoyed it all.

Wished a welcoming from Tourradar or from the Agency and with previous tour. Everything rested on the hotel staff and felt distanced and detached from the tour per se in their contact with them. At the end the app was more helpful but I would have preferred that personal touch.

Every day was well planned and organized and filled with lots of adventures. Our group was composed of people from different walks of life who all came with a desire to have fun in the mountains. We all embraced whatever the mountain threw at us and came out smiling. Ivan and Jo's attention to preparation made each day fun filled with always plenty of extra side adventures if we were hungry for more at the end of the day. The food was delicious! Amazing mountains, wonderful hiking and fabulous food (and lots of it!)

It was a great trip. people were very friendly. Guide paid lot of attention to the safety of the walk. One of the Refugio did not have hot water (should look into it). The other Refugio had too many people in one dormitory. Never the less an excellent trip..

The food was excellent. Thank you Erika and Christina. The captain and his first mate on the Ave Maria were excellent. The guides, Hugo and Sonja, were excellent. Thank you both! What a wonderful team they are. Keep up the good work!! Sincerely, Bob , Bill and Karin Fife
