Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that Kinoshita-san made your experience so memorable - his warmth, humor, and deep local knowledge are exactly what we strive for in our guides. It's especially touching that he went out of his way to capture and share photos with you when your phone wasn't working; that kind of thoughtfulness is what sets him apart. We'll be sure to pass along your kind words to Kinoshita-san and the team. Thank you for recommending him, and we hope to welcome you on another Vio Travel journey soon! Warm regards, Vio Travel Team

Thank you, Michael, for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the overall tour, the hotels, and the excursions. We sincerely appreciate your comments regarding the hotel in Cairns. We understand that a more central location would have made it easier to explore the city, enjoy the nightlife, and access dining options, especially for early morning tours. We will share your feedback with our product team as we continuously review our hotel selections to improve our guests' experience. We also appreciate your comments about the overall value of the package, including the inter-city travel arrangements and the lack of breakfast before early departures. Your observations are valuable and will help us evaluate how we can better meet our guests' expectations in the future. Thank you again for your constructive feedback. We truly appreciate it and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another trip with us in the future. Warm regards, Vio Travel

Thank you for this thoughtful and detailed review! We're so glad our team was responsive throughout your trip, and that highlights like the Mt. Fuji excursion and Suwon Hwaseong stood out. We're taking your feedback on pacing, activity selection, and transfer timing seriously and sharing it with our regional teams to keep improving our itineraries. On value - We understand that independent travel planning can sometimes be more cost-effective. However, this itinerary has been carefully designed to provide the best overall value, with an efficient route and experiences that can be challenging for first-time travelers to arrange independently. We've also worked hard to keep the package as cost-effective as possible while ensuring a smooth, hassle-free journey. Thank you for sharing your perspective—it helps us continue improving the flexibility and value of our future packages. We're thrilled you had a wonderful trip overall, and we'd love to welcome you back! Best regards, Vio Travel Team

"Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the hotel locations did not fully meet your expectations. As your booking was made only one week before departure during a peak travel period, hotel availability was extremely limited. Before confirming your reservation, we advised that the hotels shown in the itinerary were no longer available and discussed the alternative accommodation with you, which you accepted before proceeding. While we're pleased we were able to operate your trip during such a busy period, we understand your disappointment regarding the hotel locations and appreciate your feedback as we continue reviewing our products and communications."

We understand that visiting a new country can sometimes feel overwhelming, so we're pleased that our prompt communication and attention to detail helped make your journey smooth and enjoyable. Thank you for choosing to travel with us. We truly appreciate your trust and hope to help you plan another memorable adventure in the future! Warm regards, Vio Travel
