Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced with the airport transfer on Day 3. While the driver was unfortunately delayed, we are relieved that the transfer was still provided in time and that you were able to catch your flight to Palawan. Regarding the Underground River tour scheduled on 27 December 2025, this was cancelled due to unfavorable weather conditions for safety reasons. As advised, a refund was offered and processed for all affected guests. We would like to reassure you that your refund is currently being handled through TourRadar, and while processing times may vary, it is already underway.
