  The Filipino Beaches and Chocolate Hills tour was amazing! You got to experience various types of hotels, the culture, food, different areas around The Philippines! We felt safe, always had communication with Tourradar/Vio people. Elba, our personal guide for the day tour, was AWESOME!! We had a marvelous time!! My favorite was the lodging in the jungle in Panglao!! Absolutely wonderful!!Show more

  Small group? I was it. Guided? Daily emails from Vio telling you when you will be picked up the next day. Itinerary? Almost daily transfers by Cebu Pacific Air or ferry. Nothing to see here, folks. The hotels were adequate although the "resorts" were overrun with screaming brats, and the one-night-stands were miles from the airport for no apparent reason. Transfers were all handled by Southwest Tours. Better to avoid the middle man (and markups).Show more

I was impressed with how smoothly everything went, considering there were 6 travellers, 5 different hotels, 3 domestic flights, a ferry, one semi-guided day tour, and all the van transfers in between. It was all well coordinated. The van transfers were there when needed.   Great and beautiful hotels. Was designed to be a relaxing, mostly beach resort vacation and tour and filled the bill. There were 5 hotels, 3 plane trips, 1 boat ferry and many pickups planned along the way. This was my first trip to the Philippines and the assortment of activities led to many interactions with Philippine people - this was desired and enjoyable.
