Traveling overseas can be stressful. Luckily we had Chris and Marco taking care of us the entire way. That included meetings before the trip to make sure we understood what to expect. Chris sent us a training schedule that we followed pretty closely to get ready. Once we started the Camino Frances through the end we never worried about availability for hotels or good restaurants--they had it covered. We got to see some of the most beautiful countryside and also the important Pelegrino art along the way. I couldn't be more satisfied with the journey. I would highly recommend Climbing Mountains to anyone without hesitation.Show more

From my experience, the best way to experience the Camino is with a professional tour guide on a fully supported trip. Don’t rely on an app to guide you or try to plan this yourself. This endeavor will change you and you’ll need some flexibility and guidance from day to day to best experience the Camino. - For any tour departing before September 18th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 18th, 2026, a minimum payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking with Climbing Mountains. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 155 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Climbing Mountains will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
