  Is your Peru express 5 day tour to Machu Picchu and Cusco still available starting July 26? I want to book this for my daughter but I need to know if you have permits for sure for Machu Picchu. I want a single room for my daughter along with the upgraded train ride to Machu Picchu

    as might be expected, machu Picchu tickets are an issue so we can know on July 15 (100%) if we can get you a ticket for the requested dates. we are able to confirm your booking but this booking is subject to changes (in terms of order of the program). you can ask any tour operator for same tour and all will tell you the same and be careful if someone tells you a different story because is not true. from our end there is a high change to get the ticket on July 15 (but we need to know have already your booking done to be able to collect your info and contact you direclty). additionally for your daugther there is a single supplement rate need to be apply as she will travel alone. in case of train upgrade we can offer Vista Dome Train for usd 180 (round trip)

    my daughter does not want to go if she cannot go to machu picchu and i think there are zero tickets as they are sold out until September so unless there are tickets she is a no

    we understand her point , as I explained the official date when tickets will be open to book is Juy 15 (it could be sold out in few hours for high demand) we have several clients who booked with us ( we already have all their info as passports , ect) so on Juky 15 early morning we will try to book their tickets with a high change to success. Then for sure by September anyone can book on line. It is an issue Machu Picchu tickets but in most of cases during this year we were able to book it on right time.

    Can I get a refund for the trip if you cannot get tickets for Machu Picchu?

    for the proximity of the date our policies do not allow us a refund as shown: Cancellation of packages. For cancellations received from the Booking time until 90 days before the schedule departure, a 50 % cancellation fee will be charged. For cancellations received 30-89 calendar days before the scheduled departure date a 70% cancellation fee will be charged. For cancellations received 1-29 calendar days before the scheduled departure date an 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

    I just wanted to check in and see if you're still interested in your Peru tour. To guarantee your entrance tickets to Machu Picchu, we have updated the itinerary to include an extra night in Aguas Calientes. The proposed itinerary would be: Day 1: Local Flight to Cusco - City Tour, Day 2: Sacred Valley of the Incas - Aguas Calientes, Day 3: Aguas Calientes - Free Day, Day 4: Machu Picchu Tour, Day 5: Rainbow Mountain Tour

  Was going through your Peru brochure. Would she be able to do the tour. Would you also be able to provide a group discount. Travel is planned during September third week.

    Machu Pichu sight the only way to see it is walking as well as raimbow Mountain , so it is needed to be able to walk regularly. This program is group based so more people will be part of it. There is another option to become it private just for you 4 (you have more time and your own pace) but it is more expensive. Prices are set per person and to get a discount we count at least 10 + people to reduce the price.

  I am a solo traveler and would like to book this tour for departure around 20th August. Do you any groups which are starting around this date? I prefer to travel with a group of 8-12 people. Please confirm which hotel is used in Cusco.

    Currently, we don't have any group confirmed for this tour, so we can just offer it as a private one to start any day you want. The hotel used in Cusco is San Agustin and in Aguas Calientes is Casa Andina. However, this may depend on availability, in which case it would be changed for another hotel of the same category.
