  What time does the tours start in victoria falls. Would we need to book our own hotel the day before the tour starts in Victoria falls. What time does the tour end in Victoria falls on the last day if our flight is a different time do we have to book our own hotel at Victoria falls on the last day and would you be able to transfer us to the airport from the hotel we stay at. How much are the cost of the tours the optional tours on the trip. Is it possible to have twin beds in the double room that are on the itinerary. We are thinking of coming during September or October is that a good time to come will it be too hard or okay. Is water included in the tour price.

    The tour begins in Victoria Falls, early morning at 07:00 am after your arrival. To ensure a smooth start and to relax before your adventure, we recommend arriving the day before the tour. We can assist with hotel recommendations and bookings, so you start your safari stress-free. On the final day, the tour concludes in Victoria Falls in the early afternoon at around 12:45 pm- 13:30 Pm. If your flight is later, we can arrange comfortable accommodations for the night and transfer you directly to the airport. Optional activities are available: Afternoon guided excursion to Makgadikgadi Salt Pans- $55 Per person. Twin beds in double rooms can be requested to match your comfort needs. We recommend specifying this at booking to guarantee availability. September and October are ideal months for visiting Victoria Falls and Botswana: dry, sunny weather, excellent wildlife viewing, and accessible Falls for sightseeing and adventure activities. The tour includes bottled water during excursions, most meals, expert guides, and all listed transportation.

    How much would the accommodation cost for 1 night in Victoria Falls, the day before the start of the tour, and for 1 night the day after the tour? Does the tour cost include the airport transfer from the hotel to the airport? Do we see Victoria Falls from Zimbabwe and Zambia side? We have UK Passports. Is there a visa requirement for Zambia? Would you recommend we get the Zimbabwe Visa at the airport on arrival or online before we arrive at Victoria Falls? Is there a visa cost for Botswana for a UK passport? How long is the tour at Victoria Falls? Start and end times. We are vegetarians. What kind of food would we get on the tour? Are all national park fees included?

    The cost for pre- or post-accommodation in Victoria Falls is $140 per night per room (Bed & Breakfast). For victoria Falls you will enjoy both the Zimbabwean and Zambian sides, as the falls sit directly on the border between the two countries. The Zimbabwe side provides the widest, most panoramic views, showcasing the full grandeur of the waterfall curtain. The Zambia side offers closer viewpoints and unique experiences like Knife Edge Bridge and seasonal adventures such as Devil's Pool. Zambia: Visa-free for short tourist visits. Just ensure your passport is valid for at least six months and carry proof of onward travel and accommodation. Zimbabwe: Tourist visas can be obtained on arrival at Victoria Falls Airport. An online e-visa is also available if you prefer to arrange it in advance. Botswana: No visa is required for tourism; entry is granted on arrival for short stays (usually up to 30 days). You might consider the KAZA Univisa, which allows multiple crossings between Zimbabwe and Zambia for up to 30 days and even day trips to Botswana. It's typically available on arrival at major entry points like Victoria Falls or Livingstone airports. Your Victoria Falls experience will run from 08:30 AM to 12:45 PM. We also happily accommodate dietary preferences, including vegetarian options. As meals vary across hotels, we will provide menu options closer to your travel dates.     Can we book our own accomodation at Victoria falls before the tour starts and after the tour ends. Would the tour company then pick us up from our hotel at the start of the tour and then drop us off at our hotel at the end of the tour? Is pillow, blanket and mattress provided when we are sleeping in dome tents for 2 nights or do we need our own sleeping bag? When we have to pay for our own food and drinks, do we pay by cash or card. What currency is accepted?

    You are welcome to book your own accommodation within Victoria Falls town. If your hotel is located within Victoria Falls, we will provide complimentary pick-up and drop-off services. However, if the accommodation is located outside the town, an additional transfer fee will apply. We provide all necessary bedrolls, including blankets, a sleeping bag, and a mattress. While these items are not brand new, they are well maintained and cleaned regularly. If you prefer not to use shared camping equipment, we recommend bringing your own sleeping liner or bedding for additional comfort. For meals that are not included in the itinerary, we recommend carrying some cash, as card payments may occasionally fail. Both local currencies and USD are widely accepted.

    The lodges have WiFi but it's not strong connection. The tour leaves Victoria Falls at 8:30am, you will need to be in Victoria falls a night before to participate in the tour.
