You can able to arrive both airports. We will be providing your arrival transfer from both airports at any time. Day 1 is the arrival day and you can arrive at any time. And next day, we star with the city tour at 9:00 a.m. Again on last day, you can use both airports.

I was quite disappointed with this tour. The tourist attractions were stunning, but the itinerary did not live up to expectations as the itinerary created the expectation that it will be a group tour, all staying at the same hotels and departing together to the next stop. This was important to me as a solo traveler and hence I made the decision to select this tour on incorrect information as I had to join up with a new group each day and with a different tour guide most days. I did not receive any vouchers or a welcome package on day 1, neither did the kick off meetup at the hotel occurred on day 1, contrary to what the itinerary stipulated. Dinners I had by myself and when included, was limited to the cheapest options on the menu. Dinners also did not take place in a group setup as per the itinerary. The 4 star hotel where I was staying to see Pamukkale was horrendous (Double Tree) - the carpets were incredibly dirty, they were torn and my room was not properly cleaned. I found hair on my pillow, I complained and I was told I can move to a different room - but this was never carried out. My flight coordination also sucked big time! I spent a full day wasting it at the dirty hotel, only to start my travel time to Cappadocia after 5 pm. After several flight delays I only arrived at my cave hotel after 2am, giving me 1 hour to sleep before I had to leave for the hot air balloon trip. This also meant I effectively only enjoyed 1 night at the cave hotel. I was told that the domestic flights are subject to availability but as I booked and paid this tour more than a month in advance, I doubt flight availability was the issue here. The last morning my taxi was late with more than 40 minutes and I had to frantically try to get hold of the tour operator to inform them that my taxi was not showing up. Overall, I was very disappointed.Show more
