Airport Arrival
A driver will pick you up from the airport when you land and take you to your hotel. Once there, you'll check in and get settled. Breakfast is included with your room, so you can relax after your journey.

Mount Kenya Region
Hotel pickup happens at 8 a.m. for a briefing session before you drive to the Mount Kenya Region. You'll arrive at Sweetwaters tented camp in time for lunch, then take some time to rest. Later in the afternoon, you head out for game drives at Ol Pejeta Conservancy where you can see the chimpanzee sanctuary.

Mount Kenya to Lake Nakuru
After breakfast, drive to Lake Nakuru National Park and arrive for lunch. Check in and rest at the lodge, then head out for afternoon game drives. The lake's pink flamingos show up seasonally during migration, and over 400 bird species live here. You'll also spot endangered black and white rhinos, lions, waterbuck, buffalo and baboons around the park.

Lake Nakuru to Maasai Mara
Start with an early breakfast, then drive to Maasai Mara, Africa's top game reserve. On the way, stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint to see the views over the plains. You'll arrive in time for lunch and check in, rest a bit, then go out for your first game drive looking for big cats and wildebeest.

Maasai Mara
Spend the full day exploring Maasai Mara National Reserve with packed lunches. You're searching for the Big 5 and other wildlife like lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, leopards, antelopes and elephants. You might see the annual migration when millions of wildebeest and zebra move from the Serengeti.

After breakfast, drive from Maasai Mara to Lake Naivasha in the Rift Valley Lakes region. Once you check in and have some refreshments, head to the freshwater lake where over 400 bird species live and hippos are plentiful. You'll take a boat ride past the hippos and then visit Crescent Island sanctuary to walk around giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and waterbucks.

- Day 10
Amboseli
Spend the full day at Amboseli National Park with morning and afternoon game drives. The park sits at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest mountain, and you'll get good views of it on clear days. Amboseli is known as 'The Home of Elephants' because some of Kenya's largest elephant herds roam here.

Leave after breakfast for Tsavo West National Park, reaching Kilaguni Safari Lodge by midmorning. Check in and have some leisure time before lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon, head out for a game drive until sunset, then return for dinner.

Landmarks Tsavo West National Park - Day 12
Tsavo West to Tsavo East
After breakfast, drive to Tsavo East National Park. Game viewing starts as you leave Tsavo West and enter Tsavo East. You'll arrive in time for lunch at Ashnil Game Lodge, check in and rest, then go out for an afternoon game drive until dusk. The park's famous for its large herds of red elephants, named for the red dust covering them. You'll see Lugards Falls, Mudanda Rocks and Aruba Dam along the way.

Tsavo East
