Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your 7-Day Rockies Summer Adventure Tour: Calgary to Vancouver with Rocky Mountaineer! We are thrilled to hear that you had such an incredible time on the train and that you enjoyed the land tours as well. The Rocky Mountaineer is indeed a spectacular experience, and we are so glad the attentive staff, delicious food, and beautiful presentation made it the highlight of your trip. Regarding the time spent on the train, the classic rail journey from the Canadian Rockies down to Vancouver is thoughtfully designed as a 2-day daylight experience. This ensures that the train travels only during daylight hours, so our guests don't miss a single moment of the breathtaking scenery. We apologize if the itinerary details were slightly unclear beforehand, but we are truly happy that the rail journey left such a wonderful impression on you. Thank you once again for traveling with Calgary Tours. We would love to welcome you back for another magnificent adventure in the future!

We appreciate you bringing your experience regarding the language and group dynamics to our attention. Because we welcome travelers from diverse backgrounds, many of our sightseeing routes are conducted bilingually in both English and Mandarin to accommodate all passengers. The demographic makeup of each departure can vary greatly depending on the season and booking trends. However, we completely understand how being one of the few English-speaking travelers in a predominantly Mandarin-speaking group might have made you feel a bit out of place. We also sincerely apologize if our guide's English proficiency felt limited during your trip. We require our bilingual guides to communicate effectively in both languages, and we have shared your comments directly with our operations and training team. This will help us work closely with our guides to refine their English delivery and ensure that all our international guests receive a seamless, engaging experience. We hope that despite this, you still thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking scenery of the Canadian Rockies and the spectacular rail journey. Thank you once again for choosing Calgary Tours, and we hope you brought home some wonderful memories of the landscapes!

Wood not let me use the bathroom on the bus at any time! Why have restroom? They were locked.
    Traveled in June 2025
    Reply from: Tourland
Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify that the restroom on the bus is intended for emergency use only. For safety reasons, since moving around the bus while it’s on the road can be very dangerous, we kindly ask guests to use the onboard restroom only when absolutely necessary. Along the route, there are many restroom facilities available at the stops, and our guides always inform guests in advance about these opportunities. We apologize if this caused any inconvenience during your trip and appreciate your understanding of our safety measures. Thank you again for traveling with us.
