We’re sorry to hear that the arrangement there did not meet the same standard as the other hotels on your trip. We will share your feedback with the hotel and our supplier, and we will also take this into consideration when coordinating future arrangements and reviewing our hotel selections. Regarding the pickup location, the first-day pickup and final-day drop-off are normally limited to designated locations. During the tour, hotel pickup and drop-off arrangements are generally coordinated by the tour guide. If your comment was referring specifically to the first-day pickup point, we understand that a closer designated location would have been more convenient for your group, especially when travelling with children.
