  Just to make sure, all admission fees, excluding optional tours, are already included in the package, am I correct?

    The price is included 3 nights accommodation fee, daily Breakfast (exclude 1st tour date), National Park Fee. It also include Banff Upper Springs Admission fee if your interested departure date will be 4 April,2023.

    Two more questions: 1. I'm currently deciding between your "Rockies winter deluxe" and "rockies winter fun" tours. It seems to me that the only difference is the more premium accommodation on the 2nd and 3rd night, but are there any other differences I failed to notice? 2. Can I get a tourist tax refund from your receipt?

    We highly recommend deluxe one which tour ID is [redacted], because will stay at The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise Fairmont Room for day 3. It's very famous and luxury. And it's not peak season right now. About the tourist tax refund, we can separate the GST price once we receive your order. It will show on the invoice. But due to we have no idea about the regulation from which country you would like to apply. It's better to check the regulation details by clients.

  For the 4th day, is there an option to ski all day? If my kids and husband wanted to ski but I wanted to do the optional activities, does that get arranged once we arrive or prior to the trip?

    Because our staying time at ski resort is only 2 hours, we will recommend you join optional activities instead of ski. If you want to ski, we will recommend you book one night extended stay.

    In the winter season, it is usually 10-20 guests averagely. Also, air-condition transportation vehicle is including but NOT the flight ticket.

  Do you have any 3D/2N tour from Calgary to Banff. We will be in Calgary we don't need Calgary local tour or airport pickup. Will there be any price concession?

    We can provide a 3-day from Calgary to Banff. The 3-day tour has the same itinerary as the Rockies Winter fun 4-day tour on day 2 - day 4. However, it is without day 1 airport pickup and Calgary local tour. The price of the 3-day tour will be CAD$2441.25 per 4 guests (CAD$610.32 for each person).

  what if there isn't enough of the same gender to fill the 4 spaces, you then wouldn't need to pay extra ?

    Is there an option to join the tour just from the day it actually leaves ? I don't really want to stay in the Ramada or join in on anything on the Calgary day, I would prefer my own hotel and own time and just to leave with the group.

    Minimum group size: We will ONLY confirm the booking when it had met the minimum group size requirement. Once it is confirmed, it would be a guaranteed departure and there won't be any extra charges even if cancellation from other guests had occurred.

    Lake moraine and Jesper park - Moraine lake only opens from mid-May to mid-Oct due to the weather condition. Jasper national park could be reached but only through public transportation and no guided tours. The road condition is hard to predict during the winter, so only one company is running the bus.
