  My wife and I just recently completed a 10 day tour of South America, specifically Buenos Aires, Iguzu Falls and Rio De Janeiro through Tourradar. The tours were perfect and the guides provided were very knowlegable and highly professional. The trip was amazing and Tourradar provided tour guides that were extremely helpful and kept us informed and provided excellent communication throughout the trip. The entire process from planning to traveling was very exciting. This was our second trip with Tourradar and we are taking our thirst this summer. I love using Tourradar because of the combination of tours and our own time to see and do as we wish.

  Based on their very positive customer reviews, we booked tour "Brazil and Argentina with Iguazu Falls" from TourRadar & Wanderful Holidays LLC. We found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. Easily 5-stars. My emails and WhatsApp were promptly responded to, and everyone showed up when they were supposed to. The charged for our 12 days trips for my family seemed like very good value. Excellent communications, outstanding drivers & guides with a great attitude, all together are very good customer supports. Specially, we had a delightful experience with agent Rose Amanda and travel teams. Professional, friendly drivers along clean, comfortable cars with excellent itinerary. They were very committed service with proper follow-up. Service provided as per their schedule with a hassle free journey... Thanks to TourRadar - Wanderful Holidays. Highly recommended !   Everything was excellent, worth 5 stars, except one thing. About 2 weeks before our trip starts, you suggested us many options for tours and upgrades, etc. I purchased many of the options and very much satisfied. But paying extra 90USD for two 15kg check-in luggages was not acceptable. Because we found that 23kg check-in luggage

  Overall , our trip was excellent though there were several hiccups! Firstly, we missed our connecting flight from Sao Paolo to Rio due to delay of our flight from Iguazu to Sao Paolo. Probably, need to book clients with a little bit of gap between one flight to another in case of delay. Secondly, we waited for our guide in Rio that didn’t show up . They told us that the guide came for us then found out later that the guide never came for us because we were not on his list. WANDERFUL holiday was great to arrange for our pick up and connect us with the guide. In turn our guide Luis was kind and accommodating. We were even given a free drink to go with our lunch. At the end , we were happy and had a wonderful time! Thank you!!

  The trip was great. Our hotels & tours was nice. Pick up & drop off service was always on time. This is my second trip from TourRadar and I am already thinking of doing another one. Communication from tour companies was excellent. Thanks a lot.

  Tour guides have agents and tour companies like tourradar use these agents to book the guides that will be taking you on the tours. The availability and quality of these guides largely depends on how far out you book them - according to a travel agent friend. If you wait until a week before the arrival of the guest, then your probably not going to get the best guides. I am not sure who vets the guides or how they are rated so I am only guessing that its probably the agents. I asked one of our guides when he got the booking - he said yesterday - maybe that's the agents fault - I don't know. The same can be said about booking airline flights. If you don't buy the seats and baggage upgrades when you book the flight you might end up in the back of the plane and pay at check-in for your overweight bags. The internal flights booked by tourradar were without baggage upgrades or seat assignments. We got a notice from tourradar the day before our flight to the falls about the weight limit for our bags. They checked us in 24 hrs before our flights. We were in the back of the plane on one flight and row 3 on another. There is a point in the process of booking a tour where tourradar has all their money - that's the point, in my mind, when they should have booked our guides, hotels, and flights. Our itinerary was not available until 4 days before our departure! There also was no inquiry about where we like to sit - assuming that tourradar is our travel agent. We booked a private tour and that was provided except at the falls where it became a group tour. Tourradar had a guide problem but they found room on a tour bus for us to tour the falls and offered an additional excursion in Rio as compensation. I was impressed by that. I choose "Good" as a rating because I think it could have been better. I got the feeling that there were an abundance of last minute stuff.

  Hi, my experience with Wanderful Holidays was great, The day of departure my flight was cancelled here in USA d/t bad weather, my mother flight departed from Peru, and she arrived that first day of the tour in Argentina , the local team was aware of my situation and they treated my mother with kindness and made her feel very comfortable with the tour, sincerely I thank them specially to Mrs Gisella (tour guide)and Mr Osvaldo (tour guide taxi driver). I arrived the next day and the local team found the way that I meet my mother during the city tour, this was so emotional, the rest of the tour day by day was running smooth , Iguazu was spectacular, we really enjoyed all the tour, the hotels were 4 start, in Brazil the hotel had view of the ocean and at night it was so relaxing to hear the waves , I really recommend this tour if you want to know about the Spanish culture of Argentina and Brazil...Thanks to every one that made possible this unforgettable tour.

  TourRadar has put together a good itinerary, and the team was responsive all throughout the booking and planning process and during the trip. The rating of Ker San Telmo hotel in Buenos Aires was definitely wrong. The advertised 4 star hotel was of poor quality and in a shady neighborhood of the city. Also, the service on the Brazilian side of Iguazú Falls was fairly poor, with only lip service for the tour guide. Overall ok not great quality for The reasons stated above
