At Lake Louise, you will have approximately 2 hours of free time, which includes lunch time. Depending on your plans, this may provide an opportunity for additional activities. You will spend two nights in Banff, and the daily sightseeing typically ends around 4:30 PM, leaving you free time to explore the town on your own. You will also spend one night in Jasper, where we generally arrive at the hotel around 6:30 PM. During the summer months (June to August), daylight hours are quite long, with sunset occurring late in the evening, giving you extra time to enjoy the area after the tour activities conclude. There is some walking and light hiking involved during the trip, including visits to attractions such as Johnston Canyon and other scenic viewpoints. We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes or sneakers. Please let us know your preferred kayaking time, and we will be happy to advise whether it may fit into the tour schedule.

I would like to book the accommodation where your trip starts from in Calgary, so I would like to know how much extra I will have to pay, as I will be in Calgary from the 12th Sept, then I would also like to book and extra night from 17th Sept to 18th September, can this be added to my booking. I noticed that places to visit you have to pay extra for them, like the Zoo which I would love to see, and a few others do I have to book directly with you now

I want to bring my 7 yr old on this trip. As it is open to all ages, what efforts will the tour guide make to ensure everything is age appropriate for my child? I wouldn't want her in a mature situation that we can't easily leave.

*Overall the TourRadar tour also with Calgary Tours was wonderful! We saw almost ALL of the traditional well-known sights always mentioned with Calgary, Banff and Jasper with time to spend at the different stops. *The hotels were very nice and were beyond my expectations of lodging, and included breakfasts on most days were good to excellent!! *We purchased the lunch option and lunches were very good, provided in nice restaurants including the Fairmont (!) and an easy option to do. I didn't realize most of the meals would be Asian cuisine but all were delicious. *The buses were all nice an the drivers excellent. *The guides were great! We had Fennar, Erik and Jesse. Very knowledgeable on the sights and provide interesting information. They were all VERY organized and detail-oriented, keeping us on schedule and very clear with directives for the group. A LOT to manage!!!! Impressive!!! The guides were also very caring and attentive towards the tour guests. *I was surprised that people came and went, being on different tours but on our same bus. Different than other tours I've done where we all started out together for the whole tour. That made it more difficult to get to know other travelers. And the tour guests were a very international group which was interesting *Having the guides relate information in both English and Chinese(impressive!) was sometimes hard to follow but the guides would always clarify or repeat if better understanding was required. *The schedule was very rigorous, starting many mornings on the bus by 8:00 and ending at dinnertime. But, we saw LOTS so it was worth the long day!! *The tour communication through email was good with prompt responses to concerns or questions. However, I REALLY appreciated the option of the phone number to call and speak with a live person! And ALL the phone agents were terrific, patient and helpful!!!! *I'm grateful to have done the tour and to have seen the beauty of the Canadian Rockies!Show more
