Thank you so much for your wonderful and detailed review of your 5-Day Canadian Rockies Tour! We are absolutely thrilled that you had such a fantastic time exploring Banff, Jasper, and Yoho with us. It is great to hear that the accommodations exceeded your expectations and that you enjoyed the convenience of our lunch package, including our Asian cuisine selections. We will certainly pass on your high praise to Fennar, Erik, and Jesse. They work incredibly hard to keep everything organized and ensure our guests feel cared for, and they will be delighted by your kind words. We are also so glad our phone agents provided the excellent support you needed! We truly appreciate your understanding of our tour logistics. Because we offer flexible travel options, our shared tours feature guests joining for different itinerary lengths, which can change the group dynamics. Regarding the bilingual commentary, we conduct our tours in both English and Mandarin to accommodate our international guests, and we are glad our guides made sure to clarify any information so you didn't miss a thing. Finally, you are absolutely right—exploring the vast beauty of the Rockies requires a rigorous schedule, but we are so happy you felt all the incredible sights made the long days worth it. Thank you again for choosing Calgary Tours. We would be honored to welcome you back for another beautiful adventure in the future!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on our 5-Day Canadian Rockies Tour. We are so sorry to hear that the rainy and cold weather impacted your overall enjoyment for the majority of the trip. The weather in the Canadian Rockies can unfortunately be quite unpredictable, but we completely understand how disappointing it can be when the conditions are not ideal for taking in the beautiful mountain views. Despite the rain, we are very glad to hear that you found the tour to be well-organized. It is also wonderful to know that the canyon walk was a highlight for you, and that the sunny skies on your final day provided such a pleasant and memorable experience to conclude your journey. Thank you again for choosing Calgary Tours. We truly appreciate you traveling with us, and we would love the opportunity to welcome you back in the future—hopefully with bright and sunny weather for your entire trip!

    Asked on June 15th, 2026

Can you please let me know the end time on different days and how much free time will we have on an average each day(in case we need to do Kayaking)? Also do we have a lot of hiking/walking in this trip?

    Other
    Tour Details
    • TourlandOperatorWritten June 2026

At Lake Louise, you will have approximately 2 hours of free time, which includes lunch time. Depending on your plans, this may provide an opportunity for additional activities.

You will spend two nights in Banff, and the daily sightseeing typically ends around 4:30 PM, leaving you free time to explore the town on your own. You will also spend one night in Jasper, where we generally arrive at the hotel around 6:30 PM.

During the summer months (June to August), daylight hours are quite long, with sunset occurring late in the evening, giving you extra time to enjoy the area after the tour activities conclude.

There is some walking and light hiking involved during the trip, including visits to attractions such as Johnston Canyon and other scenic viewpoints. We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes or sneakers.

Please let us know your preferred kayaking time, and we will be happy to advise whether it may fit into the tour schedule.

Tours usually come back to Calgary around 1930-2000pm.

    Asked on March 27th, 2026

I would like to book the accommodation where your trip starts from in Calgary, so I would like to know how much extra I will have to pay, as I will be in Calgary from the 12th Sept, then I would also like to book and extra night from 17th Sept to 18th September, can this be added to my booking. I noticed that places to visit you have to pay extra for them, like the Zoo which I would love to see, and a few others do I have to book directly with you now

    Asked on January 22nd, 2026

I want to bring my 7 yr old on this trip. As it is open to all ages, what efforts will the tour guide make to ensure everything is age appropriate for my child? I wouldn't want her in a mature situation that we can't easily leave.

    • TourlandOperatorWritten January 2026

This tour is suitable for guests of all ages. As the child price is slightly lower than the adult price and due to system limitations, we are only able to apply the child rate manually.
