I am a single traveller but would like to share the room with another female traveller if possible to save on cost

can you please advise whether in general the majority of people on the tour are chinese?

Our tour is conducted by a bilingual guide who provides commentary in both English and Chinese. As for the group composition, it varies from departure to departure. In general, our guests come from all over the world, including North America, Europe, Asia, and other international destinations. Therefore, we are unable to predict the exact nationality mix for any specific departure.

Is this available on 13 July to 17 July for 2. 5 day western Rockies from Vancouver end Vancouver

We highly recommend joining the tour on July 10th, as it is a guaranteed departure. If you are able to change your tour date to July 10th, it would be greatly appreciated.

Can I just do the gondola and not the skywalk and is the snow one going in July

Yes once you submit the booking, we can add Banff Gondola Only for you. Normally we do not have snow on the road here in the Rockies in July.

What is the time of the dropoff in Vancouver at Hyatt Regency on day 5? We are traveling from Mount Vernon, WA and I am trying to assess the feasibility of returning there the same day or spending the night in Vancouver.

We will be back to Vancouver around 1930pm-2000pm on the last day, but this is subject to traffic conditions.

just looking at booking accomodatioon after the tour ends on 1st May 2026. We noticed pick-up has 4 choices and we are near the Hyatt Regency for pick up. Are we right in reading there is only 1 drop off point which is Richmond Yaohan Centre. We need to know this for booking accomodation.

However, if you prefer different pick-up and drop-off locations, you may select any one of the four available locations (either the same location for both or one of your preferred options). Gary the tour guide was very professional and considerate of passengers needs and gave us all plenty of opportunities to enjoy the wonderful sights. The group got along very well even though many countries were represented. There was a lot of driving each day and Gary did his best to keep us all cool. However the little bus he was given for such a long trip and nearly full struggled to support individuals needs with temperature. A bigger coach wouldnt been so much more appropriate and was what we all thought we would be travelling in. The little bus was not a great choice by the company!! The hotel in Jasper Lobstick, was not comfortable for sleeping. Breakfast each day was great. The tourist stops were appropriate however some didn’t need as long a stop and more time on the road could’ve reduced the big days driving late at night. I don’t think lunch package was necessary it seemed to create more stops than needed. We did enjoy the tour, it seems all the other people booked in different ways and we were all put together. Original itinerary seemed to be different from the itinerary that was given.Show more

I felt rushed from place to place n at one point he locked the van door with all the passengers in it (when he popped in to check the reservation) did he think we were going to run away, we asked to hop out n wait on the footpath . But no. Next minute he turned n locked the van with the remote. “We commented, did he just lock us in) The little commentary he did give in attractions no one could understand , so we gave up asking questions. While a nice fellow, I would not wish to go on another tour with him as a driver. Disappointing. The company on the bus made up for the tour guide, who really was just a driver. I hope others feedback reach you too as it was quite a discussion in the tour.Show more

Our guide Gary was a lovely person & was great , reliable & covered a lot of places- my only concern was his language- his English was lacking & sometimes hard to understand but also he did not impart much information to us in regards to the places or history or culture- when asked questions he was sometimes unsure of answers( I think due to language- not his knowledge) We had a small group so he was more flexible with us and we thoroughly enjoyed our adventures.
