    Tour Details
    • TourlandOperatorWritten January 2026

Our tour is bilingual, so yes, this tour can be operated in Mandarin.

What time does this tour end please, and is there an option to be dropped off Downtown?

    Tour Details
    Transport
    • TourlandOperatorWritten January 2026

      TravelerWritten January 2026

is there any availability on this tour for 11th Sept, or have there been any cancellations for this date.

    • TourlandOperatorWritten January 2026

We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept any more bookings for September 11th. If you are unable to change your tour date to September 7th or 14th, we recommend considering our popular 5-day classic Rockies tour. This tour start and end from Calgary, and visit Banff, Yoho, and Jasper National Park.

  • C

    Cindy

    Asked on January 6th, 2026

As we are travelling from Sydney and stopping over in Canada before ending up in the UK how much luggage can we take? Is there a weight limit? I think we would need one large case each plus a small cabin sized one, again each.

    Flights / Transfers
    • TourlandOperatorWritten January 2026

For our Multiple Days Tour, each person is allowed one piece of checked luggage and one carry-on bag. The weight limits follow the airline's standard baggage policy.

  • B

    Belinda

    Asked on November 21st, 2025

Could you please advise the tour start time. I will be disembarking from a cruise in Vancouver on this date. Will I make the tour start time? Could I be picked up at the cruise terminal or do I need to meet at a certain pickup point?

    Tour Details
    Transport
    • TourlandOperatorWritten November 2025

The meeting time for this tour is 7:00 AM on the day of departure, and guests are required to make their own way to the designated meeting point. Based on our experience, if your cruise docks in Vancouver on May 18, it is likely too tight to catch the tour starting on the same day. Arrival, disembarkation, customs, and travel time to the meeting point may not allow enough time.

    • TourlandOperatorWritten November 2025

Since your cruise docks at 7:00 AM on May 18, it is very unlikely that you would be able to make it to the tour in time, as the meeting time is 7:00 AM and disembarkation usually takes some time. You may want to consider flying directly to Calgary instead and joining one of our Rockies tours from there — this would give you much more flexibility and ensure you don't miss the departure. Another great option is our Rocky Mountaineer train tours. These depart from Vancouver and take you through beautiful scenery all the way to Banff, where you can then join our Rockies itinerary.

How do we go about arranging for the private accommodations on the train?

    Transport
    • TourlandOperatorWritten March 2025

The price include regular seat, but we have option upgrade to private room. You will sleep overnight on the train. May I know which class you are interested in?
