Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed the stunning Rocky Mountains and that the places you visited left you with lasting memories—it truly is a special part of Canada! We’re sorry to hear that you experienced some difficulty with the language accents during the tour. Canada is a multicultural country, and our tour guides come from diverse backgrounds. Many of our guests appreciate this as part of the unique experience, but we absolutely understand that clear communication is important. Your comments are very valuable and will be taken into account as we continue to improve our services. If at any point during the tour something is unclear or if you have questions, we always encourage guests to feel free to ask the guide directly—they are more than happy to help and ensure everyone is comfortable and informed. Thank you again for your helpful feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Can you quote a price for the optional tours for the Calgary Zoo, Radium Hot Springs, Banff Sulfur Mountain Gondola, Icefield Explorer and Skywalk, and Maligne Lake Cruise for 2 people?

    • TourlandOperatorWritten January 2026

If you plan to return on the same day the tour ends, we recommend booking a return flight departing after 9:30 PM.

    • TourlandOperatorWritten January 2026

The scheduled stop at Sinclair Canyon is approximately 10 minutes, which is intended to allow guests to step off the coach, enjoy the scenery, take photos, and experience the natural surroundings. Given the limited time, it may not be possible to fully explore the entire trail; however, guests will still have the opportunity to appreciate the key highlights and scenic views of the canyon.

    • TourlandOperatorWritten January 2026

Johnston Canyon includes a 60-minute stop, which provides time for guests to walk along the well-maintained catwalks, reach the Lower Falls, and enjoy the impressive canyon and waterfall views. Depending on walking pace and conditions, some guests may also have time to explore slightly beyond the main viewing areas, making this a meaningful and engaging visit.

Do you offer a hotel drop off in Calgary like at a hotel that offers free airport transportation instead of dropping off at the Calgary Airport after the tour ends if flights are not available for a 9:30pm departure?

    • TourlandOperatorWritten January 2026

If you are unable to book a flight departing after 9:30 PM on the day your tour ends, we can assist you with post-tour hotel accommodation. If you book your post-tour hotel through us, we will arrange to drop you off at the hotel after the tour. If you would like us to provide a quote, please let us know your exact departure date so that we can give you an accurate price. Of course, if you prefer, we can also drop you off at a designated downtown hotel drop-off point arranged by us after the tour, which is Coast Calgary Downtown Hotel. Please note that most downtown hotels do not offer airport shuttle service, so you may need to arrange your own transportation to the airport the following day.

The tour page mentions that the price starting from two thousand is based on four adults sharing one room. Therefore, the basic tour price may vary depending on the room type and the number of travelers.
