    Asked on February 18th, 2023

I'm interested in this Canyon County hiking trip with my son, starting March 6th. How many people would be in the group? What's the weather usually like? Do you have a packing list? What's the best way to get from the Moab airport to Hanksville, and where should we plan to spend the night before?

We don't have availability for a multi-day tour on March 6th. We do have availability for a single day hiking or canyoneering tour on March 6th. If a single day tour is of interest please let us know and we can send you additional information.

If traveling alone, can I be assigned a roommate so that I don't have to pay for a single?

Yes, solo travelers can be assigned a roommate for double occupancy bookings. This is however contingent upon us having another solo traveler booked that you can join.

  • K

    Kerry

    Asked on May 12th, 2022

    1. She would like to know more about the meals on this tour. Would the tour be stopping at restaurants at any point or will it just be provided through the guide? 2. She is planning on driving over to the starting destination of the tour, would she be able to leave her car at the cabin? 3. Are there tvs in the cabin? 4. What is the level of activity on this hike? It says moderate but could you explain that for her? 5. Is this date a definite departure? She would like to book this tour for May or early June at the discounted price.

      1. The breakfast and dinner are provided at restaurants and lunches are provided by the guide. 2. Yes, there is free and plentiful parking available at the cabin. 3. Yes, the cabins have a 40" flat screen TV. 4. Guests should be able to hike 4-6 miles a day with a few hundred feet of elevation gain, often cross country (off-trail), with the support of a guide. Hiking terrain may include dirt, slickrock, rocky areas and sand. 5. With a group of 4, yes, this would be a definite departure.
