- Day 1
Kilimanjaro International Airport to Arusha
Your driver-guide meets you at Kilimanjaro International Airport for the hour-long drive to your hotel in Arusha Town. After you settle in, the rest of the day is yours to recover from travel and get oriented to the area.

Lake Manyara National Park
Following breakfast, you'll head west for about 2 hours to reach Lake Manyara National Park. There's a picnic lunch included, and then you join your driver-guide for a game drive where you'll look for elephants, buffalo, zebras, lions, and over 400 bird species including the pink flamingos the park is known for. You return to the lodge for dinner.

Lake Manyara to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast you'll pack up with a lunch for the road and drive roughly 4.5 hours to Serengeti National Park. Your driver-guide talks along the way about Tanzanian culture and wildlife. Once you arrive, there's time for a lunch break before an afternoon game drive, then you check into Serengeti Serena Lodge for dinner.

- Day 4
Central Serengeti National Park (Seronera)
This day focuses entirely on exploring Central Serengeti in the Seronera region with your driver-guide. You'll watch the Great Migration with its roughly 2 million wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles moving through, and see predators like lions and hyenas in action. The Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, black rhino, and buffalo) show up here regularly, along with other wildlife. By dusk you're back at the lodge for dinner and the sunset.

- Day 5
Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast you drive about 3.5 hours toward Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with a picnic lunch during the journey. Once there, you'll see the Ngorongoro Crater, a massive inactive volcanic caldera with over 25,000 animal species and countless birds inside it. You also have the chance to meet Masai people who live in the area before checking into your lodge for dinner.

Ngorongoro Crater to Kilimanjaro International Airport
Early in the morning you head into Ngorongoro Crater where you'll spot monkeys, forest elephants, flamingos along the lake, and lions on the grasslands (black rhinos show up if you're lucky). After a picnic lunch, you drive to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departing flight.
