Show moreTrip date: April 2024- george· October 12th, 2023Total debacle from a bunch of cowboys. Purchased superior package for hotels however most hotels were overated, poor to no service and in Greece in filthy and derelict locations. Hotels were changed at the death with no reason. Vehicle was crammed and the only one that could hear commentary was the person sitting alongside driver. There is no way competent commentary can be provided whilst driver concentrating in heavy traffic no matter how good one is. Obvious no reconnaissance was made beforehand by management. Tour director handed poison chalice and placed into impossible position trying to justify the unjustifiable. At the Wyndham Grand in Greece I was ordered to pay 8 Euros tax otherwise I got the size 14 - I paid with no receipt as required by law. I can go on but I will stop here.
