The itinerary was unrealistic and poorly paced, with constant confusion about timing and logistics. Important details were either communicated late or not at all. The guide did not add value to the experience. There was little effort to manage the group, provide useful information, or ensure travelers felt supported. At times it felt like we were left to figure things out on our own, despite having paid for a guided and organized tour. Overall organization was extremely weak. Simple things that should have been smooth became unnecessarily frustrating. Instead of feeling relaxed and taken care of, I felt anxious, rushed, and disappointed. I would not recommend this tour to anyone looking for a well-planned, professional, or enjoyable travel experience. It did not meet even basic expectations.Show more

Asked on September 28th, 2024I have been researching tours of Europe for next year. I have signed up for a Rick Steves tour starting on June 1. I would like to start a few days earlier than that. the itinerary we signed up for is good (Amsterdam, Rhine River, Venice, Rome, Venice, Cinque Terra, Innsbruck, Burgundy, Paris. but I like your itinerary even better with Monaco and the French Riviera. So my concern is that your tour is too budget. I saw a few reviews that referred to mold in the hotels and they all talked about the extra tours (which I don't have a problem with as your tours are so reasonable.). My wife and I can afford a higher level of lodging and dining but we love your itinerary. Any thoughts?
