  The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The ship was beautiful with clean, spacious cabins, lovely dining and lounge rooms, wonderful, friendly staff and plenty of excellent food and wines. We joined all the excursions, and they were amazing too. The only constructive feedback I have is that clearer instructions on where to board the ship in Luxembourg, need to be provided as no one seemed to know where we should be going. The misunderstanding seems to have come from the fact that many of the passengers were transported by coach from Strasbourg to board the ship in Luxembourg, whereas we flew to Luxembourg. We later discovered that there were other passengers who had flown into Luxembourg to board the ship, who experienced the same issue. For us, it resulted in additional costs for telephone calls and taxi charges of almost 300 Euros to find the location of the ship. I think it would make more sense to let people know the name of the place and the restaurant that the ship was moored alongside as we were only given the instructions of Remich (not very accurate) and opposite the swimming pool.Show more

  The ship itself was great, rooms and bathroom were a good size for a smaller ship. The food and dining room staff were excellent. Entertainment and on board communication was poor only in French. Need to do a better job it ensure that customers that don’t speak French are informed on whats going on and are seated together in the dining room! The excursions that were provided were good but some were only with a French speaking guide. Overall we had great time on this Cruise!Show more

  The boat was good, very comfortable. Food was good though I would have preferred a buffet lunch rather than two sit-down meals a day. The on-board entertainment was pretty dire. The excursions were good, but over-priced for what they were. My main criticism is lack of transparency about the sailing schedule. The reason I booked this trip was because of the journey down the Moselle - that was the river I was most interested in seeing yet we covered nearly all of it at night. There was nothing in the pre-booking schedule that indicated this would be the case. If I had known, I would have booked another cruise. I think TourRadar and/or Croisi Europe need to be more transparent about what is covered in daytime and parts that are sailed overnight (NB this was not an issue of being delayed at locks etc. It was pre-planned).Show more

We are sorry if the entertainment was not up to our regular standards. Regarding the sailing schedule, the purser informed me that it was done as planned. The program indicates the sailing time each day. However, it is true that the sailing time from Treves to Cochem is not clearly mentioned in the program. It is implied though.
