Itinerary
- Day 1
Nairobi to Amboseli
Your hotel pickup happens early morning, then you'll drive to Amboseli Lodge along Mombasa Road with a stop in Emali to stretch your legs. You'll arrive with plenty of time before lunch, so after eating you can relax at the lodge with options to swim or catch up on emails if you'd like. At 4 pm a sunset game drive kicks off where you're likely to see elephants, lions, cheetahs, leopards, zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, and hippos, plus views of Mount Kilimanjaro on the horizon. Dinner and your first night are at AA Lodge.

- Day 2
Amboseli
After breakfast at 6:30 am, you'll spend the full day on a game drive throughout Amboseli National Park. Your guide will help you spot lions, cheetahs, and the rarer leopards along with their prey like zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, and hippos. You'll see large elephant herds cooling off in shallow waters, and if you're interested in birds, your guide can point out both local and migratory species. Mount Kilimanjaro stays visible in the background most of the day. You return to the lodge for dinner and your second overnight.

Amboseli to Nairobi
This morning starts with early breakfast and checkout from the lodge. Before heading out, there's a short game drive, then you'll begin the drive back to Nairobi. A complimentary snack lunch comes with you during the journey. You'll arrive in the afternoon and get dropped off at either the airport or your hotel, wrapping up your safari experience.
