  Our 10 days of the Totally Moroccan tour provided a unique insight of Morocco, which included Casablanca, Tangier, Chefchauoen, Rabat, Fez, Merzough Desert, Kasbah, and Marrakesh. Each location showed influences from different parts of the world, allowing us to truly understand the diversity of Morocco. The entire tour is not fast-paced, however there is ample time for breaks and dining. If you are vegetarian, it will be difficult to find a variety of food in some of these locations, limited to couscous, tagine, and salad. We were provided with a 4* hotel at every location with only one location (Kasbah) that was subpar. Keep in mind this location is secluded so don't expect a surplus of amenities. Each location came with a tour guide that was well versed with the local area. The last 4-5 days we spent a lot of our time with our splendid driver, Mustapha. He is very considerate, kind, sweet, and very informative as well. We visited many scenic areas where he would stop for a couple of minutes to take some photos before starting up again.   Overall, it was very good. Some hotels can be better, one tour guy (in Rabat) was terrible, he can’t talk, we can barely hear him. He might had a cold or something. The desert trip is very good and the trip in Chefchaouen was very interesting as well. Our drivers Mustapha is very accommodating to everyone’s needs and an excellent driver. We were very lucky to had him for our driver for 5 nights.Show more

  In overall it is ok as the tour covers the key destinations. We had unclear information at begining but then it is ok though. Tours start late and finish early during a day may be so that the tourguides can come home early to have dinner with family during ramadan days. All the tourguides are good except the ones in Casablanca and Marakesh where the tour run very quickly and you could not see much and could not feel much. They just take and lead us to destinations and did not teach us about the destinations. At the end we did not learn much.Show more

  This tour visits all the highlights of Morroco. Perfect tour to see the country in a short time! We were lucky to have Zouhir as our driver! Very skilled driver with a lot of patience and a good sense of humor! He really did his very best to make every body happy! Thank you Zouhir!! We booked a 3-star round tip and stayed almost every day in a Ibis hotel which was good value. The only negative thing we could say is that the company should do more research on local guides. Some of them were really difficult to understand or were not really interested in giving historical information. The stops in the restaurants on the way were sometimes not worth the visit. Tajin and chicken is nice... But twice a day is a bit too much 😜Show more

  Overall, this tour had some enjoyable moments, but there were several serious issues that future travelers should be aware of. First, there was major miscommunication regarding airport pickup. When we booked the tour by phone, we were told the airport pickup would cost $50 per person. However, the local guide later told us that airport pickup is actually included and free. The problem is that no one communicated with us before our arrival. The first contact about pickup came only after we had already arrived at our hotel in Casablanca, which was far too late. We had to take a train from the airport and then a taxi to reach the hotel, causing unnecessary stress and additional expense. The guide also repeatedly failed to follow the listed itinerary — not just in Casablanca, but in multiple cities throughout the trip. In Casablanca, we did not visit the Habous Quarter, United Nations Square, or the Central Market, even though they were listed. In Tangier, we visited the Cave of Hercules, but the entrance fee (80 dirhams per person) was never mentioned in advance. In Chefchaouen, we did not visit the Spanish Mosque, which was listed. In Rabat, the local guide provided very minimal guidance. He appeared elderly and had difficulty walking and speaking loudly. He gave only a few short sentences and told us to walk around and take pictures on our own. The entrance fee to Volubilis was also incorrect — it was listed as 7 euros but actually cost around 100 dirhams (over 10 euros). Throughout the trip, a significant amount of time was spent in carpet shops and herbal/pharmacy stores where products were being sold. This reduced the time available for actual sightseeing. In Marrakech, we did not visit Le Jardin Secret or Menara Gardens, both of which were listed. The guide told us that since we visited Bahia Palace, there was no need to visit the garden — but that was not our choice. Several listed attractions were skipped. The highlight of the entire trip was the camel riding experience — everyone truly enjoyed that. In summary, while parts of the tour were enjoyable, there were repeated deviations from the itinerary, poor communication, unexpected fees, and too much time spent in shopping locations. Travelers should carefully confirm what is actually included before booking.Show more
