Very good tour. Waman the local operator gives excellent service. Every activity except the city tour was fabulous, well chosen, good pace and good guides. I would replace the first tour day in Lima with an additional day in Cusco as there is so much to see there. The afternoon timing for the city tour on the first day hits high traffic so you don’t get the most out of the tour. I would recommend starting the tour 10:30 am.

    • Waman AdventuresOperatorWritten November 2025

Starting exactly on December 25th, there are currently no other travelers signed up yet, so you would be the first to join. If you prefer December 24th, there are already 5 travelers signed up (between ladies and gentlemen). Another option is December 23rd, with 2 travelers signed up, or December 22nd, which currently has 6 travelers signed up. Regarding the weather during those dates: Cusco: December is part of the rainy season. You can expect mild temperatures during the day (around 15–20°C / 59–68°F), with some showers. A light rain jacket and comfortable layers are recommended. Lima: December marks the beginning of summer. The weather is usually warm, humid, and mostly sunny, with temperatures around 24–28°C (75–82°F). Light clothing is perfect for this time.

Can you advise if you still have availability for 1 traveller in November 2025? He is flexible with his dates.

Our friendly recommendation: Russell should begin the trip on November 27 or November 28 in order to enjoy Circuit 2 during his visit to Machu Picchu. This is the most complete route and offers the best panoramic views of the citadel. Important: Machu Picchu tickets are selling out very quickly, especially for Circuit 2. For that reason, we kindly suggest confirming the booking as soon as possible to secure his entrance.

I want your INCA ADVENTURES - 7 DAYS (LIMA AND CUSCO - MACHU PICCHU) WITH DOMESTIC FLIGHTS 2025 December 24 to 29. And I need an airticket to fly to Buenos Aires AFTER your tour. Could you help?

    • Waman AdventuresOperatorWritten October 2025

Regarding your flight to Buenos Aires, you have two possible options: Option 1: Fly from Lima to Buenos Aires (Recommended) After finishing your tour, you can take an international flight directly from Lima to Buenos Aires. Option 2: Fly from Cusco to Buenos Aires If you prefer to manage your flight from Cusco to Buenos Aires, that is also possible. In this case, we can adjust the price of the tour for you, removing the budget destined to the domestic flight Cusco → Lima, and you can use that budget toward your international ticket.

Could you provide more details on the itinerary and inclusions of this tour that does not require trekking to reach Machu Picchu?

    Tour Details
    • Waman AdventuresOperatorWritten September 2025

To reach Machu Picchu, one takes a train and then a bus, so it is not considered an exhausting activity. Considering that the client prefers not to engage in walking activities, we can remove the Rainbow Mountain visit, since this does involve more physical effort. Here is a proposed adjusted itinerary: Day 1: Arrival in Lima – City Tour. Day 2: Paracas, Ica & Huacachina with Buggies and Sandboarding. Day 3: Transfer to Lima Airport – Flight from Lima to Cusco – Arrival in Cusco. Day 4: Tour to Chinchero, Maras & Moray. Day 5: Visit to Machu Picchu Inca Citadel. Day 6: Transfer to Cusco Airport.

My clients want to book this trip but want to ensure first before booking that tickets to enter Machu Pichu are still available. If they are sold out we will have to look at a different week.

Unfortunately there are no spaces for Machupicchu available. However, the closest option we can recommend is to start the trip on October 18th, when we still have availability. By starting on October 18th, your client will be able to visit Machu Picchu with the Puente Inka Circuit, a wonderful alternative that offers an authentic and unique experience.

Could you please confirm if there are two spaces available for that departure, as well as admission tickets for Machu Picchu?

    • Waman AdventuresOperatorWritten September 2025

Unfortunately, for the requested start date of October 11th, there is no availability for Machu Picchu tickets. Ticket availability is managed directly by the official authorities and applies equally to all agencies and the general public. If your client is willing to adjust the start date of their trip, we would be more than happy to secure the tickets for them on an alternative date.

    • Waman AdventuresOperatorWritten September 2025

The additional cost for the 4-star hotel upgrade is USD 445.00 per person. This covers both the pre-accommodation and hotel upgrade for all the nights included in the trip. The extra can be paid in cash directly to your guide once you arrive in Cusco.

If we book our own hotel, would we be able to be picked up by your guide from the airport, then picked up from that hotel before the city tour?

    • Waman AdventuresOperatorWritten September 2025

If you decide to arrange your own pre-accommodation at the Radisson Hotel in Lima, we will pick you up directly from the Radisson Hotel on December 17. On December 22, you would need to transfer from the Radisson to the Dazzler Hotel, since from that location all activities will be organized.
