Up to 3-6 miles of walking on some days. Guests should be able to get on and off the coach without assistance frequently, and carry own luggage in some instances. Airport Transfer: Please note that a complimentary arrival transfer from Denver airport to the Day 1 Hotel is not included. However, we do offer a Private Transfer Arrival service for $104.00. There may potentially sell water bottles on board the motor coaches. There are also sometimes opportunities where there is a comfort stops. During that stop there may be opportunities to buy drinks or sundries. If you have any reusable water bottles, you are always welcome to bring that with you and pre-fill your water before you get onto the motor coach.

Is it possible to request a king bed instead of a double bed?

You may request a king bed, it's not guaranteed but may be requested.

Do you have Escorted tour for Japan during April - May - Cherry Blossom time. I had not taken Refund Insurance in case, we couldn't join due to Corvid or ill-health, IN that case How do I get refund or credit.

Yes we have escorted tour for Japan on April and May 2023. In addition, even if you get Covid, you would be subject to normal cancellation penalties, which is why insurance is highly recommended.
