  It was a great tour, very detailed and with lots of temples to visit, you visit all the important sites in Egypt, the tour is a bit packed with lots of very early mornings, however I understand it because in order to see all the sites and temples, it is the only way unless you take more days, if you don't want so many early mornings get longer your, ours was 7 days.Show more

  This was my third trip to Egypt but my first Nile Cruise. Overall I found it to be a great experience. However a few things to be aware of, as has been noted by other reviewers. This a compact trip trying to do a lot. If you are a physically healthy person ready to go at 4 AM in the morning each day and want to see as much as you can in a short time, this tour will give you that. If you are not a morning person and or have mobility issues this tour might be problematic for you. You may want to consider something a bit longer and less strenuous. The hotel (Gewan) we had was fine and served its purpose well as did the cruise vessel (Princess Sarah). The rooms were clean and comfortable and the food was of good quality for buffet dining. For the price I paid it was, I think, an excellent value. However, be sure you are aware of the extras that includes an admission package of around $150 and a tip kitty of $60, not including tipping guides. So be sure to budget for this beyond the initial costs. I can recommend it with the caveats I noted.Show more

  I had an amazing time! Loved every minute. The tour is pretty full on so I cant stress enough that you need to read the itinerary properly! Some days are 3am starts to get to the temples before the crowds but it's well worth it. Every day the tour guide would send a text with the timings of the day. The pyramids and GEM were guided by an actual egyptologist so the information you get on this tour is extremley good! Valley of the kings was unbelievable! I would definitely recommend paying for extra tomb tickets. You get 3 included in the tour anyway. Seti was $40 and Ramses V was $4 i believe. I didn't go into kings tuts tomb but i think that ticket was $14. The cruise ship was very clean, lovely buffet food and staff very helpful. We sailed on the Renaissance. Tea and coffee in the room. WiFi in the lounge area but you can buy a package to have WiFi in the cabins starting from $5. The Gewan hotel is also very good! Very clean, lovely food. No complaints from me :) Tour guide Medhat was really great 👍 very informative about the temples and also about safety once off the cruise ship. I paid on my card for most of the trip, I use Monzo for all my travelling. I didn't bother getting Egyptian Pounds but it is a good idea because some rest rooms at the temples ask for 20 to use the toilets. However, our tour guide Medhat had Egyptian Pounds and is happy to change some dollars for you to make sure you have toilet money lol Don't be afraid to say no to street vendors. Just keep walking and ignore them. There are thousands of other tourists there! There are men at the temples who offer to take pictures with your phone for a small tip. Again, dont be afraid to say no. Abu Simble is phenomenal. Go! Pay the extra and go! If you are doing this tour to see ancient Egypt, then you really cant miss this opportunity! I would 100% recommend this tour to see ancient Egypt. It blows everything you see on TV out of the water! (Ps the tour money you give on arrival needs to be unmarked and new USD. Otherwise it will be rejected. So make sure you have enough on your card just incase!) Thank you Nourbelle Tours. Very well run and organised tour!Show more

The domestic flights were on time, and the schedules were systematic and well organized. Everything went smoothly as planned. The drivers to the sites, as well as the transfer drivers, were excellent — always punctual, professional, and courteous. Who could fail to notice Abdul, our guide on the second day? From the majestic Pyramids of Giza to the magnificent Grand Egyptian Museum, he did an incredible job explaining everything in detail. His sense of humour and engaging personality brought the group together and made the journey back to the time of the pharaohs and kings even more exciting. Medhat also did an outstanding job, carefully explaining each site as we visited one great temple after another, including the breathtaking Valley of the Kings. He tirelessly carried out his role as a guide, helping us truly feel the spirit of the era when those magnificent structures were built and used. The River Nile cruise was second to none. The food was amazing, and the staff were cheerful, attentive, and always ready to help. I must say the entire experience surpassed my expectations.   This was a very busy tour with a lot going on, but we could also relax on the cruise going up the Nile. We saw probably as much as we could in 6 days in Egypt on this tour. We had Ahmed Elkallaf as our guide. He was very informative and responsive. I highly recommend asking for him as your guide when you take this tour. Communication and organization were great. Nourbelle Tours made this a very seamless experience - from hotels and cruise booked to internal flights as well. If you’re on a time crunch and trying to see as much of Egypt as possible, take this tour - and ask for Ahmed Elkallaf!Show more

  Visiting the ancient temples and tombs of Egypt was on my bucket list and this tour was in my price range. It was a packed 6 day adventure. I appreciated the depth of knowledge of our two tour guides. The tour hit all the main spots, including the newly opened Grand Egyptian Museum. My only real complaint was about the stops at the papyrus factor in Cairo and the perfume factory in Luxor. No one in our tour group had any desire to go to either and we didn’t purchase anything.Show more
