  How much is the luggage allowance included on the domestic flight if we choose to book the tour of Pyramids and Nile Cruise? Since it is a 7days tour, we would need enough luggage allowance for the tour.

    Hot Air Balloon Tour: 135 USD per person
    Nubian Village Tour: 55 USD per person
    Karnak Temple Sound and Light Show at night: 60 USD per person
    
    1 extra night at a double room costs 150 USD.
    
    The hotel in Cairo will be Gewan Cairo hotel or similar / The cruise will be Renaissance Nile cruise or similar.
    (We will confirm the hotel name and cruise 15 days prior to travel date).

    The trip includes transportation on the first day from the airport to our hotel and on the last day from our hotel to the airport. It also includes accommodation, domestic flights, and transfers. However, it does not include entrance fees to attractions. All our guides speak English, private tours with a French-speaking guide are available at an additional cost.

    Alexandria tour needs an extra day to do. Regarding Alexandria tour, Alexandria Tour: 125 USD per person, the tour starts at 07:00 and you will return to Cairo approximately at 18:30. The tour includes Lunch + Entrance fees + Tour guide + Transfer. During the tour you will visit: Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa + Alexandria Library from outside + Citadel of Qaitbay.

    - Entrance Fees: Approximately USD 165 per person, covering all regular sites included in your itinerary.
    - Tips and Gratuities: We recommend USD 70 per person, covering tips for drivers and boat crew throughout the trip and that's good for tour groups to not tip in the daily basis.
    - Tips for tour guides are not included and may be given at your discretion.
    Payment can be made in USD, Euro, Egyptian Pounds, or by credit card.
    
    - Visa Information – Important Notice
    
    Please note that obtaining the required entry visa is the sole responsibility of each traveler. Our company does not provide, arrange, or process visas, and we are unable to act as a visa sponsor or representative. For most nationalities, an Egypt visa can be obtained upon arrival at Egyptian international airports. The visa is issued at official bank counters before passport control, is available 24 hours a day, and costs USD 25 per person, payable in cash. Visa requirements may vary depending on nationality, so travelers are advised to check the latest regulations with their local authorities or airline prior to departure.
    
    - Regarding insurance, it is not mandatory but it is highly recommended.

    - If you want to leave on the same day (day 7) after the tour ends you will not need an extra night.
    We will send you a detailed itinerary after your booking is confirmed.
    - Regarding vouchers, we do not provide that.
    - A deposit of 30% of the tour price plus full payment of Insurance (cancellation insurance) is required at the time of booking.
    Final Payment:
    The balance of payment is due 45 days prior to departure, immediately if booked within the 45 days of departure. If final payment is not paid by the required time Beyond the Nile Tours has the right to cancel the booking and keep the non-refundable deposit.

    Is cancellation insurance mandatory? As per advice received above it states A deposit of 30% of the tour price plus full payment of Insurance (cancellation insurance) is required at the time of booking. When booking for the deposit payment it price only reflects 30% of the tour cost and not the insurance.

    Please note that cancellation insurance is not mandatory from our side. It is optional and depends on whether you would like to add it for extra protection.
    
    For the booking, only 30% of the tour price is required as a deposit at the time of booking. Please also note that the deposit is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
    
    If the booking page is showing only the 30% deposit and no insurance amount, this means insurance has not been added.
    
    Sorry again for the misunderstanding, and please feel free to proceed with the deposit payment only if you do not wish to add insurance.

    Since entrance fees to the sites is not included in the price of the package, do I have to queue at the gate to pay? Or Does the tour guide collect the money and purchase all the tickets for the travellers? Can it paid by cash? How does this work?

    Regarding the entrance fees, these can be paid once upon arrival, either by cash or card. Our tour guide will assist the group with the ticket process, so you do not need to worry about arranging everything by yourself.
    For the Alexandria extra day option, yes, we can provide the detailed itinerary. It usually includes a full-day guided visit to Alexandria from Cairo, covering the main highlights such as the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, Roman theater, the Library of Alexandria from outside or inside depending on the day, Qaitbay Citadel from outside, and the Mediterranean Corniche, with return to Cairo after the tour.

    Alexandria Day Trip from Cairo – Detailed Itinerary
    Your guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo in the morning, then travel by private air-conditioned vehicle to Alexandria, located on the Mediterranean coast.Upon arrival, you will start your guided sightseeing tour with a visit to the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, one of Alexandria's most important ancient sites, combining Egyptian, Greek, and Roman influences.
    You will then continue to the Roman Theater, an impressive archaeological site from the Roman period. After that, you will visit the Library of Alexandria, either from outside or inside depending on opening days and availability.
    The tour will also include a stop at the Qaitbay Citadel from outside, built on the site of the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria, followed by time to enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean Corniche.
    After the tour, you will drive back to Cairo and be dropped off at your hotel.

    Unfortunately, the Egypt entry visa is not included in the tour package and remains the traveller's responsibility.Regarding the hotel/accommodation vouchers, we normally provide the final hotel details around 15 days before the departure date, as hotels are confirmed based on availability.

    The 3 travelers can be accommodated in: 1 triple room (1 king/queen bed + 1 sofa bed), 3 single rooms, or 1 double room + 1 single room. The cruise is a 5 Star Standard Nile cruise (Full-Board Meals Included). All cabins have a private bathroom, air-conditioned and have a large panoramic ultra violet window. There are on the cruise a swimming pool, Gymnasium, Laundry service, Bar, SPA and restaurant. The Nile cruise will be M/S Renaissance or M/S Radamis or similar.

    Yes, they are the same on the hotel and Nile cruise. 1 Triple room will cost you 1725 USD (575 USD per traveler). 1 Double room and 1 Single room will cost you 2100 USD (1250 USD for the double room (625 USD per person in a double room) + 850 USD for the single room). 3 Single rooms will cost you 2550 USD (850 USD for the single room). The tour doesn't include: Crew and tour guide tips, Entrance fees, Pre and post-tour accommodation, Personal expenses drinks and other meals which are not included, Insurance, Optional tours, International flights.
