The guides in general just finds an option to charge money. I was pleased. However, The consensus was that too much was packed into the tour. Maybe it should have been one day longer Most of us welcomed Medhat’s knowledge But he was VERY difficult to understand…Accent and inflection of speaking. The arrival day into Aswan was difficult —-flight delay and no food until evening was not fun. We would’ve liked to have put our things on the boat before going to the Nubian Village. Likewise for final day checking out early and not being able to refresh and relax before flight back after long day of touring. I may be the only one that has written these thoughts, but you can be assured that everybody was thinking the same thing. I do want you to succeed. I think you’re overall operation is very good. Just needs some improvement.Show more

This is an adventure type of outing not a very relaxing vacation. Hotels, ship, and food are all good. Try to get all the information (times, your options vs must, exact full itinerary, optional activities offered and their prices, etc) ahead of time so you can plan better and be ready. - Sheepy· October 24th, 2025The accommodations, both in Cairo and on the boat, were not very nice. The boat especially was unclean: I soaked up dirty brown water from carpet for 3 days. Nothing was done to fix it when I complained. The food was all buffet style: ok, nothing special. The guide in Cairo was horrible: rushing, talking incessantly, lost me twice. You can arrive one day earlier and we will arrange it for you on the first day of the tour Or you can book an extra night at the end of the tour and we will arrange it on day 7. The entrance fees are approximately between $135 and $175 USD per person and will get you into all of the sites you visit. The tipping kitty is USD $60 per person and covers tips for all drivers and boat crew along the way. The only tips not included in the kitty are for the tour guides which you can tip at your own discretion. The tour cost with the current 55% discount in a single room will cost you US$1530.

The Nile cruise starts from Luxor to Aswan 5 days 4 nights. Grand Egyptian is 9 days and on day 8 there is a visit to Saqqara and Dahsour. The package includes accommodation at Cairo hotel (4+ Star hotel) and on the Nile cruise (5 Star Standard Nile cruise Boat). Meals include breakfast at Cairo hotel, and breakfast + lunch + dinner on the Nile cruise.

The package will includes the GEM museum instead of Egyptian Museum. We recommenced to arrange Khan El khalili and Old Cairo tour as an optional tour on the last day of the tour. You just need to book a late departure flight as the tour will end at 17:00.
