The adventures we offer will not include international airfare, as travellers can join the trip from many different countries. You will be responsible for booking your own flights to meet at the starting city of your adventure. We additionally recommend you do not book your airfare until your place is confirmed and guaranteed to depart.

We prefer little bit new room for both hotel & cruise. How much for upgrade? If you send us pictures, it will be great!

Hotel upgrade will cost approximately 800 USD per person and the hotel will be Hilton Ramsses or similar. Nile cruise ship upgrade will cost approximately 450 USD per person and the Nile cruise ship will be M/S Concerto or similar.

Does this tour include stop at Khan el-Khalili bazaar?

Can you confirm that this tour is picking us up at the Cairo airport and we can get dropped off at the airport?

I arrive in Cairo on Saturday 29th August and was hoping to join this tour (there are two of us). I cannot see you have this date available however i wanted to see if there was an opportunity or another tour group you might have (thats similar).

How do you get from Aswan to do the early morning Abu Simbel tour on Day 4? How long does this take and will you still make it back to Edfu in time?

Regarding the Abu Simbel tour, it will be A/C vehicle and the pickup starts at 04:00 am. We will prepare a boxed breakfast for you and the way to Abu Simbel Temple takes around 2 hours, the visit takes around 2 hours too then you will return to the cruise after you finish your visit. Yes, there will be time to do Edfu.

What should I expect to pay in addition to the money collected by TourRadar? Entrance fees? Tipping? Is bottled water included or not? Also, is it possible to leave extra luggage in Cairo at the hotel?

On the arrival day in Cairo, we'd like to have your representative meet us at the airport & transport us to the hotel. Is this service already included in the $625 price, or do we have to pay for this separately?

The package includes one free transfer on the first day of the tour from Cairo international airport to our hotel only and one free transfer only from our hotel to Cairo international airport on the last day of the tour. Any other transfer (Pick up/drop off) will cost you 35 USD.

We saw and did so much on this trip and everything was so well planned and the trip on the Nile from Luxor to Aswan was a highlight for me We opted to do all the additional tours for the hot air balloon ride, horse carriage ride, Abu Simbel and Nubian Village tour. Our guide Hamed was excellent - his knowledge and passion for Egyptian history was exceptional as was his attention to detail and customer service. We spent a few extra days in Cairo before the tour to visit old Cairo, the old museum, citadel and stayed near Tahir Square and was very easy to get around - the metro system was easy to navigate and again we felt safe walking around at night. An unforgettable experience - truly a dream come true that exceeded our expectations. Beyond the Nile Tours (Nourbelle Tours) provided an organised and professional service that prioritised our safety, comfort, and overall enjoyment throughout the trip. Communication from booking through to the end of the tour was excellent, honest, and transparent. Optional extras on arrival were openly discussed, and expectations were managed well. All guides were qualified Egyptologists, which greatly enriched the experience. In Cairo, Abdou was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, and Hamed kept the group energised and positive with his humour. Every member of the team genuinely tried their best to ensure we had a memorable, positive experience. Accommodation in both hotels and on the cruise was comfortable (though not quite 5-star), and the food offered fair variety, including delicious Egyptian desserts. Safety was clearly prioritised throughout, and the organised tipping system - collected upfront and distributed across all staff - was a fair approach. Few downsides: We would have appreciated more detailed itinerary information (such as timings, flight details, and accommodation names) shared further in advance, as most details were only provided a day or two before. My main luggage was unfortunately irreparably damaged by bus porters to the cruise, and there were occasional unpleasant bathroom smells in both hotel and cruise rooms. We also specifically chose this tour because it excluded tourist-marketed stops (papyrus, perfume, spice, alabaster etc), yet these were still included. While interesting, this meant our Valley of the Kings visit was extremely rushed to accommodate an alabaster stop that was not listed in the itinerary. Unfortunately, this resulted in missing something I had deeply hoped to see trying to manage our time - which was disappointing given the once-in-a-lifetime nature of the visit. We remain very grateful for the overall experience. The positives far outweighed the negatives, and this journey will stay with us forever.Show more

The cruise is a 5 Star Standard Nile cruise (Full-Board Meals Included). All cabins have a private bathroom, air-conditioned and have a large panoramic ultra violet window. There are on the cruise a swimming pool, Gymnasium, Laundry service, Bar, SPA and restaurant. The Nile cruise will be M/S Renaissance or M/S Radamis or similar.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
