The itinerary is terrific. For such a short time, you do get to do and see a lot. The whole tour is very well organized. Although not being given your flight details until the day before tend to create anxiety.
Our guide, Hossam Rashwan, was wonderful and very knowledgeable. We have gone on many tours and Hossam is one of the best.
We couldn't recommend this tour enough. It is a great value for money and you feel safe and well looked after.
Of the extra optional excursions, Abu Simbel is a must. Yes, it's a very long journey and you don't get very much time there but it is nevertheless absolutely worth the trip.

I made a trip to Egypt with TourRadar, it was a cruise down the Nile.
It was fantastic, well organized and the tour guide kept us very safe. There were no hidden costs and fees. We were kept very safe and were taken good care of.
There wasn't too much communication about flights and the boat beforehand, however all the reviews for Nile cruises said this was the norm for most if not all operators, however not to be worried about that.
I did find out the details of flights quite late, only 1-2 days before the trip. Sadly this is normal for most Nile cruise operators, however the excellent reviews reassured me and the operator was very responsive to my emails, messages and questions which was very reasuring too.
When the cruise started, due to the lack of communication, I was very positively surprised how amazing things were. Everything was a massive improvement on what I was expecting.
The boat was amazing, the tour operator was amazing, no hidden charges, excellent aircon in an extremely hot location, excellent facilities, no hassling for tips, kept us away from scammers, fake deals and stores. The boat facilities and staff were amazing, it was a real 5* cruise that felt more like 10*. The food was amazing, excellent bar and disco lounge, wifi and internet were good, Neflix worked in all rooms, great internet for teenagers, boat had an excellent pool, excellent optional trips ... we were taken on boat rides, swimming in the Nile, excellent tour visits of temples and sites in a great aircon vehicle, very safe and excellent company in groups. The balloon ride was very safe above Luxor, professional with air traffic control, gentle rise and descent/landing with amazing views of sunrise and the historic sights.
Amazing experience, only thing was more communication around how amazing things are would help everyone. It would just be good to know in advance that all communications about the trip would be only 1-2 days before the actual departure, so people don't get too nervous. This is normal, but it would make the tour operator stand out as amazing if more notice given of what to expect.
All in all, very amazing even despite the lack of comms. It was an amazing life-changing experience. Highly recommended!. Egypt and Nile cruises are very safe, lots of police and security so one can feel very safe. Egyptions are very hospitable, welcoming, but they will scam you if you don't have a great tour guide. This tour operator protect you from all of that. I did some touring of Egypt before taking the cruise and things were 100% hassle free once I joined the tour with the amazing and professional tour guides that keep you safe and show you all the best sites.

Ahmed Kassem was our guide and did an excellent job!
He even went out of his way to stop at pharmacies to get some of us the medicines that we needed.
Knowledgeable and funny it was never a problem to be engaged even thought the summer heat made it difficult at Times to feel awake and energetic.
Would hire the company and in particular the guide Ahmed Kassem again!

Rather well-organized stay. It's a pity that our guide (although very nice) wasn't entirely honest in what he said and led us into tourist traps (perfume, spice and sculpture stores). But hey, that's part of Egypt.

Well organised if a bit rushed. Disappointed with the time it took to drive from Aswan to Abu Simbel for the optional tour - i was not expecting 9 hours in the vehicle.

Ahmed kassem was well rounded with the sites and gave much support to the group, especially to individual needs. Also. as a compliment from the company, we were given free lunch at the end, which was no longer included in the package.
