Physical Fitness Requirements: Everest Base Camp trek requires moderate to high level of fitness. Expect 5-7 hours of trekking each day over uneven terrain, with gradual altitude gain. Cardiovascular endurance and leg strength are important. Lobuche Peak Climb requires high level of fitness, stamina, and basic mountaineering skills.

  Essential Gears Required: 40-50L daypack, trekking poles, warm sleeping bag, headlamp, water bottles, thermal base layers, waterproof jacket and pants, down jacket, trekking boots, gloves, warm hat.
